Dear business owners, how were you able to navigate through the first few months of starting your business? I'm asking this because I rented a shop since October last year... That's about 4 months now. And it has been a whole lot. You know when you come to an area newly and you don't have clients yet... How were you able to keep up without giving up? |
minfelix:God bless you for stating the facts... As far as I'm concerned, if bono had dived in the opposite direction, chukwueze's pk would have been considered a very good one. In fact, Alex and Simon were even more non chalant with theirs |
If this game go to penalties, I think Nwabali would be the hero tonight |
Let's be honest here... We've played a very good game ooo... You think these Moroccans predicted the game would go this far? They thought that by now, they would be in the finals already.. Despite pressing us all through, no single goal from them |
Hardrive:you can't sub out a player like osimhen in a game like this. All he needs is one chance to deliver |
Na so una dey talk... If chukwueze was in, I'm sure you guys would be clamouring for him to be substituted since |
Akor lacks big game experience |
As long as we didn't concede all through 90 minutes... Despite their strong pressing, we're winning this game |
TheSuperNerd:Alright... I surrender oga... I probably saw wrongly |
Bet me... A cross from Moses Simon will win us this match... Experience comes to play here |
CornOak:but look at the position of the arm... It was extended way beyond his body |
Nwabali easily the man of the match... No one is singing his praise now ooo... One slight mistake and you guys would be calling out for his head |
That would have been a pk... Handball. Ref helped us there |
Can we just let the dead rest rather than bringing up all these various conspiracy theories |
I am the father... Sorry say she nor tell you |
Enough of this already |
MrFollowFollow:Evidence of regular inflow is not even an issue at all... I can provide my bank statements... They can even put a repay order on my account for all I care... The real issue here is that I don't know any micro finance bank I can walk into today, submit and verify all these documents today and still get the loan same day. I don't really have the luxury of spare time as my current job do not really afford me that.. So please, if you know any mfb in Edo state precisely where I can run the whole process the same day (without guarantor, just my collateral documents) ... Please kindly refer them to me... Thanks |
Good morning everyone... Solved solved solved solved |
Good evening all |
You may also ask... Why don't I ask family members, friends or even a micro finance bank.. Here's the 1. I've asked a few friends or family members.. Same reply... ' I have a project at hand at the moment' , 'let me get back to you' , 'I have a project at hand that is eating up all my funds' etc. The truth is, I've been so engrossed with work for a while now that I hardly reached out to friends or family. So reaching out to them now that I have an urgent need just seems out of place .secondly, family and friends are very skeptical when loaning out to their own because they feel they can't drag you for the money. Little do they know I've no stress in paying back and even with tangible interest for that matter. 2. MFB: the only micro finance bank I've contacted is LAPO and I don't think I can keep up with their terms. They require weekly repayment.. Whereas I'm a monthly salary earner... Although I earn tangible bonuses weekly, but that's for my personal up keep. Also, The time factor is also an issue. I won't even have the time to go to their office... As I work from Monday to Sundays every week... And close late most times... I usually work overtime and Sundays for extra bonuses... Not compulsory though, but man gats to meet up So you see why I resorted to asking here on nairaland here. I've had helpers greatly here on nairaland. Some years back I could barely afford to feed. I had graduated, no job as at that time. It was a lady here on nairaland who gave me the funds to get a desktop computer which I was using then for my graphics design business of which most of my clients were mainly naira landers. (God bless them all) After that period I later got this present job in another state which made me relocate from Lagos. So you see why I have a strong conviction that I can actually get help here |
I know in this present time and day, most people would be skeptical to loan out such an amount to a total stranger.... But to be honest, this is a very different situation. I'm a very honest person and what people think or say about me matters a lot to me. So I would never do anything that would tarnish my image and personality. I would give out my complete identity, place of work and house address to the loaner, so you can be rest assured that if I don't pay back, you can always find and arrest me... Which would not come to that point actually |
robinso01:From where? |
Good morning everyone... I need a soft loan of #150,000 to sort out some personal issues.... I'm willing to use my land measuring 50/100 ft in Edo state, as collateral... This is because I'm sure I've the means to pay back the loan in installments over the period of 3 months. I'm gainfully employed, with a net salary of #70,000 per month, it adds up to about #110,000 when other benefits are added... So, I will be able to pay back effectively. I have all the documents of my land, my bank statements for six months plus, proof of identity, proof of occupation, my current house and work address... And any other details the loaner may want me to provide. Please, if you feel you can genuinely help out, please call or WhatsApp me via the phone number on my signature so we can discuss in details. Please , note that I'm genuine, and I also need people with genuine intentions to contact me. It's a win win situation for both of us, as I'm willing to pay good interest. Thanks |
LieutGen:Please don't conclude on what you're thinking,. The truth is that I work as a steel fabricator/ welder at the moment under a company. I barely have time for other activities aside work... Most days I'm at work by 7am, and close at night most times because we mostly go out for site jobs. So you see, I wouldn't have the time to approach a mfb. Even the land I want to use as collateral, was given to me by the company as a deed of gift for my hard work. I should have approached my boss for a loan, but he would be disappointed that despite all the bonuses, I still have no tangible savings at the moment... Which is not entirely my fault though. So please, if you have any doubt about my intentions, kindly cast that aside... Thanks Note: I have pictures of me in my work environment to corroborate all I have said above |

some people also asked... 1. How many occupants share the toilet? ans: There are 2 toilets and bathroom shared by 6 rooms |
someone called me earlier and was asking if i could give out everything for #100,000 .. I was stunned... Because that's a far cry from being fair. Even the #150,000 i placed it at, i thought it was too low, but just had to... I didn't know people would even be considering pricing it lower ![]() So, here is a breakdown of everything if you actually wanted to get it individually yourself. Around this axis of town, rent is quite expensive because it is a student area and because of it's proximity to every where around lagos including the island. A bedsitter around here go for about #350,000 to around #600,000 a year for the total package.. so some of us just tend to settle for a one room apartment with public general toilet which is more affordable, but also quite expensive when you add the agent and agreement fees. The house i want to give out , I paid about #90,000 for a year and 6 months when entering, and #100,000 for agency and agreement which made everything about #190,000. 1.Just imagine you are getting it empty as it is right now, you would have paid #40,000 for the eight months rent, and then #100,000 for agency and agreement. which is about #140,000. Which is almost the price i am giving out the entire package for. 2. The tiger generator: Fairly use small tiger generator in excellent working condition go for about #20,000 to #24,000 in the market right now 3. A Lenovo Think centre Desktop, with a dell monitor and all necessary components such as the keyboard, mouse e.t.c working perfectly... The least this can go for in computer village is #30,000 for fairly use. Even though you feel you do not need a computer, you can always use it to watch movies or even sell it off yourself later and make profit 4. A standing fan: The least this can go for is #5,000 for fairly used, still in perfect condition 5. The wooden table with a small drawer attached to it, a plastic table and a plastic chair: All these put together, the least you can get it is #10,000 6: The wooden hanger for hanging clothes: carpenter collected #5,000 from me to make it... so the least since it's fairly used would be about #3,000 7. Foam (Bed) on the floor.... at least #9,000 since it's fairly used 8. Curtains, Jerry can, Bucket and Basin, carpet and all other minor accessories i am living behind.. The least these can go for fairly used is #8,000 Now, do the math your self and take the sum total, you would see that everything put together worth nothing less than #230,000 including the rent. if i had like a month to arrange before leaving lagos, it would have been more profitable for me to sell of everything little by little and then give out the place separately. I would have made nothing less than #200,000 . But now, i have just less than 4 days to make arrangements, so i just had to count my losses and give it out at a giveaway price just to get it over with, so i can use the money to rent a new accommodation in the new state i'm relocating to, and then start from scratch again, to buy these items one after the other. So, you see this is a great deal and very very fair. so please, if you're not ready to pay the #150,000 for the properties, please do not contact me .. Thanks |
