Hmmm, its been ages now I did anything like exams. But I still can't understand why someone will ever be late for an exam. On a normal ground you are suppose to be there even two hours before the exam time.
Well its already happened and just for next time you take note that being late is no reasonable excuse to missing an exam no matter what except you are very ill but decided to come and take the exam then that's understandable to an extent.

I this the best place to get the answer to your question is to meet the person in charge of the exam and plead with any excuse that will sound good in the ears even if it means cooking up a very good story to save your ass.

This is not about standing for yourself, its just about avoiding certain things as a reasonable person. Trust me I can tell you that they must have given him signal to slow down and not overtake, but that mentality of it is might right is what caused this. And if you check it you will see its a security threat. They could have assumed he is a criminal trying to send information. If you every do a security job you will understand better what security threat feels like.

Guy its very simple, you cannot overtake a military convoy.. As long as its a convoy you don't overtake like that except they give permission for people to do so. This is because when its a convoy they might be on a special mission and your ignorance will lead to them using you for some training exercise as well.

You don't get it bro. Its not in every instance but there are situations when you are not meant to for security reasons. Even the army will warn you by giving you a sign. Ignorance of this is the result you see.

Bro go and make a phone call in front of CBN or army barracks and then come back to tell me your experience. These are very simple and clear stuffs people ignore just to show themselves and when they get the bad result, most other people won't understand.

Just what I was about to say. Some people just like to test themselves for no reason. Based on standard procedures, you can't overtake army just like that. Another thing is that they will even warn you, so if you don't take that warning this is the result.
But because some people don't know certain things, as they read the news online they will think the army is just showing power anyhow.
These bloggers are actually the main problem, because they just write things in a way that suits them without investing the main truth with evidence.

The more some Nigerians keep acting foolish, the more they will always see this kind of news, and guess what, nothing will happen to the army guys that did this because they will tell their own side of the story to their superior and case closed.
