the way our economy is falling and the high poverty and unemployment is alarming something has be done despesratelty.we need to industrialize now and save our nation from total collapse.

once we find this geniuses,we split them into different fields depending on what tbey are good at,i suggest we start from simpler fields like ceramics,textiles,leather,polymers ,machines ,etc before advancing to advanced ones like electronics,authomobiles and the rest.
(these genuises i suggest they should number in thousands) should be put together in a conducive enviroment where there is enough ,food,comfort ,laboratorities for them to have time and do research and develop prototypes of industrial products,inventions,innovations,this people may surprise us beyond our imagination.the goal here is for them to create prototypes and series of industrial products and publish the manual for others to learn.

STEP 2
once this first step is achieved the second step is to retain these genuises and employ them as academic staffs they will later become lecturers in their respective fields.then we go ahead and establish an institution for young Nigerians to come and learn industrial skills from the genuises we converted to lecturers.
they will teach our youths how to make all the products they designed during their extendex research in the new institutions
the institutions programs will run for 4 years but it should be online for the first 3 years meaning it has to be an open university for 3years then the final yearswill be for industrial training for any admitted student.

FINAL STEP
once the students are done with their industrial training they should be encouraged to start up mini industries,such as modern ceramics,textiles,chemical production,leather making,e t c we will later advance to heavy industial goods like automobiles,electronics,rockets stage by stage.
