If he can guarantee the safety of the goods till clone comes back, then I have no problem with that.. It won't be funny if people use this avenue to play a fast one and claim other people's property. Better to get my items late than for stories that touch the heart to happen

What about the people not in Lagos, how can we show chat between us and clone?

People entrusting hundreds of thousand/millions to you and you don't deem it fit to leave a phone number they can call whenever they need you. You should even leave your home address and family house address self since you are running a legit business.

Release items to people who have transacted with clone before? What about us that have many items and its our first time? If the Iyke guy will be releasing anything, it should be for everyone and not just to some people.

Trying my best to see how I can persuade him to atleast release items of those who have transancted with clone before. Said I should give him till atleast tomorrow, if he doesn't hear from clone, we'd work out something.

lol and he can't login to nairaland through a laptop or one of the phones with him for 5 seconds update? No excuse whatsoever will make sense. Hopefully he's doing good.

Guys please when it comes to shipment and when goods will be available for pickup in lagos it is completely out of my hands. I can update here but at the end of the day I'm at the mercy of the shipper, customs, backlog issues and all the inefficiencies that comes with our country. The latest delay is due to customs now trying to mandate every shipper to have invoice for all the goods being shipped which will double the cost of shipping. The current shipments still waiting to be cleared will incur double the fees and I've decided to bear the cost without charging anyone extra. I'm hoping this is a one off thing while negotiations are going on, but if it will be standard then we might have to revisit shipping fees. This affects every shipper. Hopefully some goods will be cleared today or tomorrow latest, i'm hopeful and once its ready, I will post here.
