Investment / Are You Tired Of Your Financial Status?. It's Time To Achieve More FREEDOM. by bikwas007(m): 5:28pm On Mar 16, 2017
"The only way you can GET what you don't have, is to DO what you have never done."
This is the MINDSET that got me out of the hole to my FREEDOM. I was conditioned to think that the only way to get out of FINANCIAL doom, is to be playing it safe, by reducing my expenses and saving more money. The truth is that this method got me further into more financial crisis and depression, instead of bringing me FREEDOM, until, I learned that the only way to get out of a hole is to stop digging the hole.
Unfortunately, most people are still struggling with that today, hoping to achieve their TOTAL FREEDOM, with the same mindset and method that got them into the BUSINESS and FINANCIAL crisis in the first place, and

Business / 9 Tips For Growing A Successful Business by bikwas007(m): 5:47pm On Jul 11, 2016
There has been an increasing need for people to initiate their own businesses recently and within the the last few years, we have witnessed an uprise in the number of businesses that came into existence.
However, the story doesn't end in starting a business, it gets tougher in staying in the business and that is where most people really gets knocked down. To help you stay on course in your business, you will learn and master these tips below.

1. Get Organized
To be successful in business you need to be organized. Organization will help you complete tasks and stay on top of things to be done. A good way to do this is to create a to-do list each day - as you complete each item, check it off your list. This will ensure that you're not forgetting anything and you're completing all the tasks that are essential to the survival of your business.
2. Keep Detailed Records
All successful businesses keep detailed records. By keeping detailed records, you'll know where the business stands financially and what potential challenges you could be facing. Just knowing this gives you time to create strategies to overcome the obstacles that can prevent you from being successful and growing your business.
3. Analyze Your Competition
Competition breeds the best results. To be successful, you can't be afraid to study and learn from your competitors. After all, they may be doing something right that you can implement in your business to make more money.
4. Understand the Risks and Rewards
The key to being successful is taking calculated risks to help your business grow. A good question to ask is "What's the downside?" If you can answer this question, then you know what the worst-case scenario is. This knowledge will allow you to take the kinds of calculated risks that can generate tremendous rewards for your business.
5. Be Creative
Always be looking for ways to improve your business and to make it stand out from the competition. Recognize that you don't know everything and be open to new ideas and new approaches to your business.
6. Stay Focused
The old saying that "Rome was not built in a day" applies here. Just because you open a business doesn't mean that you're going to immediately start making money. It takes time to let people know who you are, so stay focused on achieving your short-term goals and give the rest time to come together on its own.
7. Prepare to Make Sacrifices
The lead-up to starting a business is hard work, but after you open your doors, your work has just begun. In many cases, you have to put in more time than you would if you were working for someone else. In turn, you have to make sacrifices, such as spending less time with family and friends in order to be successful.
8. Provide Great Service
There are many successful businesses that forget that providing great customer service is important. If you provide better service for your customers, they'll be more inclined to come to you the next time they need something instead of going to your competition.
9. Be Consistent
Consistency is key component to making money in business. You have to consistently keep doing the things necessary to be successful day in and day out. This will create long-term positive habits that will help you make money over the long term.
Conclusion
Starting and running a successful business can be rewarding and challenging. Success requires focus, discipline and perseverance. However, success will not come over night - it requires a long-term focus and that you remain consistent in challenging environments.

Education / What You Need To Know About Your Unsuccessful Self. by bikwas007(m): 1:09am On Jun 09, 2016
Most times people fail not because Success is impossible, but because they neglect the possibility of Success.
I was opportune to meet with a lot of fellow young millionaires who are in their twenties and early thirties making it real big right here in the country by doing ordinary things in an extra ordinary ways. I am not really amazed at the number of young millionaires we have who are doing these ordinary things, but what am really amazed at is the number of young millionaires we DO NOT have because they failed to see through the ordinary things.
Stop complaining, Jack Ma told the South Korean youths. Since I embraced myself for who I am and have embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship and Freedom engineering, those who have contacts with me will always notice that I do not look at things from just one angle, when there could be more angles to it. This has helped me discover more opportunities, have more insights, and figure out the best ways through things. The truth is, the only thing stopping you from achieving or having what you desire is not because it's so difficult to achieve or because the odds are against you to achieve them, but because you have failed to see the other sides of the odds that are in your favor. Pastor Chris once said, 'you can't feature in the future you do not envision". It's not a religious statement, it's the law of nature, which makes manifest our realities.
Before you utter a word of complain next time, check again the angle you are holding, before you give up on yourself and accept your situation as what you deserve, shift from your position, you will find out that you have been holding the wrong angle all the while.

Business / How To Start A Business With No Capital Or On Low Capital by bikwas007(m): 9:06am On Jun 06, 2016
The pressure on regular income have become so intense that more and more people are now looking for ways to increase their income sources. Again, a lot more people are becoming increasingly
dissatisfied with their regular jobs for not fulfilling their expectations and letting them to live their dream life. This has sparked off the need to initiate a business of their own and venture into the free world of entrepreneurship. However, not having enough capital and lack of access to funding still remain one of the biggest obstacles on their way to kicking their business off the ground. If you are among the many who are still stuck with the start up capital issues, you might consider taking one or all of these ways to take your business off the ground and running.
1. Starting from HOME: Doubling your home as your office has proved to be a cost effective way to start and run a new business successfully. Creating a space in your home for your new business, you will release the amount of capital you have cut and saved for your business. Many entrepreneurs have seen the unlimited potentials this has presented and they have keyed into it. You will no longer worry about office rent and transportation to and from. The money you could have used for office rent can now be invested in sharpening your products/services and your advertising campaigns.
2. Partnership. One cannot undermine the potential in engaging or kicking a business off as a partnership. On one's own, resources might be a hindrance, but partnership solves the problem of meager resources by pulling resources from the different partners to make up for the limitations faced by solopreneurs. In as much as it presents its own challenges, however, the success rate is on the high side.
3. Franchise. Setting your new business up and running might seem too challenging, however, it is among the least challenges you are likely to encounter. Such challenges as competition, brand, and pricing and promotion, if not strategically handled can set your new business a century back. This has presented new businesses and entrepreneurs the option of buying Franchises to beat competition and also tap from the expertise and goodwill of the business they bought their Franchise. Again, it also will offer a great opportunity, potential and profit to put up your new business for Franchising. This way, you are attracting the interest of a lot of entrepreneurs, investors and publicity to your new startup.
4. Outsourcing. Outsourcing might be what your business is lacking before it can stand and perform optimally. New startups mostly fail because they are always trying to do and handle everything themselves. With outsourcing, business are sure to leverage on the expertise of other professionals and networks to achieve their goals. Trying to handle everything at the same time usually overcloud a new business and diverts the owner from engaging on his/her most productive activities and areas of specializations. Outsourcing solves the problem for startups.

There has been many speculations regarding the looted funds by the Nigerian government officials and the exact amounted recovered so far by the Buhari led administration. Below is the exact figure
recovered as released by the government.

In Naira ......................N204.8 billion
In Dollar .....................$9.275 billion

In Euro........................€314.649 million
Grand total of recovered fund in Naira= N2.987 trillion. Approx. {{‪#‎3trillion‬. }}
The recovered N3 trillion is liquid cash without properties ooh. Like houses, lands, cars, farms, private jets, yacht etc.
In other words, less than 100 Nigerians stole half of 2016 budget that is meant to service 170million Nigerians.
This certainly is enough to make my President sick, because I'm presently sick too.
Mind you, the recovered fund is not available for Govt to spend at the moment because of ...........

Business / 7 Habits Of Successful Entrepreneurs. by bikwas007(m): 1:05am On Jun 04, 2016
A study of the world most successful Entrepreneurs revealed a lot about their habits that put them on the road to greatness and achievements. Entrepreneurs are often considered to be people with an extra
ordinary charisma; however, the truth is that, they are just like everyone else. “I have no special talents, I am only passionately curious”, Albert Einstein. What made them different is only in what they do. These set of people have succeeded in engaging themselves constantly in those habits that focuses them on achieving results, no matter how small. The good news is that anyone can cultivate these habits, to climb the ladder of success.
THEY KEEP A TO-DO LIST. Entrepreneurs are among the busiest people in the world. They are expected to be everywhere and do everything at the same time, from keeping their business on the balance, to initiating new ones, to managing the employees, to keeping in direct touch with the customers, following investors, pursuing debtors, being a responsible family person. You might be wondering how difficult it is for an entrepreneur to coordinate all these successfully. To them, it is not as difficult as you might see it, not when they have their TO-DO-LIST handy. “With my To-Do-List, I don’t have to worry about distractions, because I already have my priorities and when to do them”, Okeke Obinna of Voice Of Passion.
2. THEY WAKE UP EARLY. Successful Entrepreneurs are early risers; this helps them to get their day underway before everyone else. Waking up early puts you in a relaxed mood, because you will get things done without having to rush through them before officially starting your day. Successful Entrepreneurs know this and they adopted it as a habit.
3. THEY MEDITATE. Successful Entrepreneurs have made daily meditation a ritual they observe religiously. Meditation is very important to keep you in tune with yourself and what you truly want and keeps you focused with new inspirations. Entrepreneurs keep their every pieces of thought together through meditating on them. “The noise in the environment is always too loud and overwhelming if not properly handled, and I have found the best way to take care of my soul not leaving my body in meditation”, Prof. Mongr. Obiorah Ike.
4. THEY SET GOALS AND FOCUS ON RESULTS. Setting goal is a different thing and focusing on result is another one. Setting a goal without focusing on the result is typically being busy just like everyone else. Successful Entrepreneurs know what they want to achieve and they focus on it. Merely doing anything to get by is not their method; they have a strategy and a deadline. They realize that when you focus on results, not everything you get is good enough.
5. THEY NETWORK. Networking is a sure way to leverage yourself and what you are offering. It is a cost effective way to become successful. Successful Entrepreneurs know this and they mastered the art of networking. Attending social events, cocktail parties, Anniversaries, trade fairs and exhibitions, auctions and other networking events has become a great part of their lifestyle. They know who is new in town and who is doing what in every sector. Taking advantage of your networks puts you on the limelight and that is what Successful Entrepreneurs do.
6. THEY KNOW WHEN TO SAY NO. Every day, you are likely to be presented with great ideas, huge opportunities, new offers and so many other things that will appeal to your interest. You are likely to face personal challenges and pressure, the desire to take a break, have more vacation, stay longer in bed and work long hours and all that will be among the things battling for your consideration. Your reaction to them defines your growth and impacts on your works. Successful Entrepreneurs know this and they apply the NO approach. Saying No to all these, means saying yes to yourself and the task at hand. Great Entrepreneurs use the power of focus to stay on course and that entails saying No almost all the time.
7. THEY MANAGE THEIR MONEY. Financial management is a strong habit of every successful Entrepreneur. They go through their financial statements line by line, very detailed about their cash inflow and outflow. It’s a general opinion that entrepreneurs are stingy lots; however, it might surprise you to know that they are the biggest spenders, only that they spend more on assets. Financial management is a habit successful entrepreneurs can’t do without.

Business / 3 Tips To Beat Competition And Dominate Your Market by bikwas007(m): 11:44pm On Jun 03, 2016
It is no longer news today that the trend has changed from consumers being loyal to a particular store or brand to switching brands, as a result of the improvement in marketing effort which resulted to a
near perfect competition, product and service similarities, improved quality, and price discounts. Businesses are today staggering, selling at a no profit, just to still be in business. Frustration has set in, causing some business owners various forms of health related problems. It is a great pleasure today to bring to you well researched and tested tips used my most successful companies like MTN, which placed them where they are today. Apply these tips in your business today and watch yourself and your business becomes a market leader.
(1). VALUE EXPLORATION. Business as you already know is a continuous concern, so to still retain your customers and maintain a clear lead in the market, you must explore value. Your customers or customers generally are looking for something that will better satisfy their needs. So you need to explore these avenues better than your competitors. The case of digital devices manufacturing company, Apple, is a good example here. Giving customers the real value for their money. Make it your business objective to give your customers the real value for their money and then watch your business climb to the top.
(2). VALUE CREATION. In creating value, you need to identify new customer benefits from customers view, utilizing core competencies from its business domain, and selecting and managing business partners, channels and channel members from its collaborative networks. You must understand what the customer thinks about, wants, does, and worries about and also observe whom the customers admire and interact with and who influences them. In doing these, you are creating a valuable need within the customer which he/she cannot resist. Banking on these will ensure you stay at the top.
(3). VALUE DELIVERY. Some businesses today phased out not because they were unable to explore and create value, NO, but because of their inability to DELIVER THE VALUE. Even the bible emphasized this when it says that of what used will a light be when it is kept under a cover. It is another way of telling you that for you to create and explore value without DELIVERING IT, you have only succeeded in marrying for yourself a beautiful barren woman. You must think of the best way to deliver these values to your customers for a repeat patronage. Make provision for after sales services, follow up calls, guarantee services, repairs, etc. these will go a long way in keeping you in the minds of your customers.
