The naughty guy has sent another tracking number to me, when I tracked that, it shows it is on its way to Nigeria, hopefully this won't be another scam

That phone is not yours, contact the seller to resolve it, especially if you ordered from Leagoo Authorised Store. He will give you another tracking number.

I strongly advise amicable resolution, please do not collect your money back cause you will end up delaying your package. Just treating him with dispute. Use screenshot of your order/delivery as evidence when opening dispute. Do it now. He will get back to you in 2-3 days for resolution and offer another tracking number. Good luck
