I really appreciate your effort in answering questions; but after hard reset, there was no app on the phone again except the follow come app.
The phone engineer I gave it to just re-install the OS and nothing more yet the problem still persist

Please engineers in the house, my GIONEE M2 refused to charge, anytime I connect the charger, it will display charging but in real sense, it is not charging, immediately I removed the charger, it will display 1% then in few minutes time, it will went off.
