My man loved me much more because he paid for the first date and I took him out the next month and paid, we are always trying to outdo each other till now.... That is a game TEAM, no dull moments.
Pls let's get it clear, corona virus has changed the game and many will now know the value of saving up rather than buying some expensive wig we can not eat during a lock down. This group made me fell in love with a5 pro and I because of this I sold my only phone just to get the phone. After getting enough money, I realized I couldn't wait for 3 weeks. I disturbed mizik and noobody so much online, asking and asking and asking till they got tired of me. Yesterday, I saw an advert for used (but very neat) redmi 7 here on NL. I fear online deals but I went through with this....I got phone like 5 hours ago...very neat and efficient phone with no problem. Thanks to everyone here, I still hope to get umidigi F2 or any umidigi to be released one day.

Please speak for yourself biko. Even umidigi know plenty issues dey that's why they are releasing ota update to fix them. Na me dey use the phone na me know as e dey do me for body. I am sure you have not used your A5 pro to receive call in a noisy environment or while on bike. Even itel touch light phone of 3k better pass A5 pro in terms of calls. If the call issue is not fixed then I am selling my A5 pro without thinking twice.

no mind people when dey talk wetin dem no know.. How can in this modern day, you buy new phone and apart from other really annoying issues wen d fone get, you no fit even use am make or receive common call cos of defective earpiece / speaker, and you expect people not to complain, rather dey should "sugar-coat" it? Doesn't UMIDIGI have a quality control dept? or were the technicians half asleep when dem dey make the phones? Totally unacceptable abeg!

After all said and done, I have come to the conclusion that the A5 Pro didn't live up to expectation; way too many issues even right out of the box... Thank God I followed my instincts by not purchasing it then, maybe by now, I for don flush my own for toilet! I'll just wait and see if the forth-coming UMIDIGI X go better.

I would have advised you be patient and get something really decent. 100k is good money, so get the best from it. Go for redmi or Huawei.. Two of the most stable devices around. Though you may have to order from AliExpress...

From the feedback I've seen so far on AE, the A5 PRO may not have lived up to the hype. I'm surprised people are still complaining about the camera and some other bugs with the OS (as usual with most umidigi fones). Ironically, the camera should have been the selling point of this device...

I'm yet again painstakingly going through some of the features of the A5Pro on AE, no notification light, no front flash.. Chai. So how person go take know if e get missed calls, sms' and lack of front flash means u no fit take good pic for low light.. Dem for make am complete na, this is 21st century oh.

It takes time for a fone Company to bcom stable Software n hardware wise.Xaiomi n co were once like this bfore they bcom stable.Mind u too dat we take such risks buying dia products bc of d mad spec small money.Software wise umi got it wrong in some of their devices but bro they r growing.A5 pro may b dia BEST affordable fone since 2012.A5 pro is sold on Jumia for 91k while on AE is 36k.No phone company will sell such flagship design for dat price bc for umi F1 to survive den A5 pro will survive too.I can summarily say dat umi has got it right dis time.

No prob bro. I'll wait for A5 Pro reviews to see if UMI indeed got it right. I will definitely procure the A5 Pro if the reviews are positive. I'm sure the price would not be too high by then, but even if it does, I've got nothing to lose as I'll keep enjoying my sleek "Honor 7a"

interesting argument here... well, I kinda agree with the "angry guy".. umidigi fones, from my little research is plagued with too many issues, ranging from software, to camera, over-heating (this one is so annoying cos I once used Leagoo M9 & d heat it produced, esp when browsing could boil beans, lol) and battery. I actually wanted to purchase the a5 pro during the pre-sale, so I headed for youtube and other forums, and even reviews on AE, to see what people who have purchased one or two umidigi products had 2 say. There were good reviews and bad ones.. But frankly, the negative ones seemed to outweigh the positives, especially in the areas I listed above. I even googled "top 10 mobile brands in Asia", Umidigi, no even dey top 20 sef, so I had to put a hold on my decision to order the a5 pro. Last december, I procured Hauwei's Honor 7a from AE, and jeez the device is sweet, sleek and smooth. I wanted a backup phone, hence I contemplated umidigi, but was put off by the "too many negative reviews and absurd complains" abt other umi devices. However, when dey start shipping the a5 pro, I will go back to youtube, AE and other forums (including here), to see the reviews, if the positives far outweigh the negatives, then I wil rekindle my intrest in umidigi. Yes, no device is perfect, umidigi phones are beautiful outwards, (and the breathing crystal is so cool), but they have a lot of work to do. I pray dey really make a BOLD statement with the A5 PRO... I'm waiting

Pls help guys.. I'm impressed with the Umidigi A5 PRO specs.. But, I still dey fear one kind, due to the mixed reviews I see online abt UMIDIGI products, even more expensive models... The complaints include over-heating in 4G mode, some say their device didnt even power on when dey got it, poor battery etc... and so on... I have Huawei's HONOR 7a and contemplating going for this UMIDIGI A5 PRO. Is it advisable to ditch my Honor 7a for this phone (Umidigi) - with better specs, but with mixed reviews?
