Guys im still getting the "Authentication not valid" message, what should i do?

Guys I got a problem with my laptop dvd drive, I use Sony Vaio, recently the dvd drive fails to recognize any disc inserted whether cd, or dvd, it also recognizes burnt discs as empty cds, i've tried uninstalling nand re-installing the driver to noavail, pls what can i do now as i need to run so many things embedded on cds, any help will be appreciated.

just updated my e71 to d latest firmware and after recovering the phone from back-up i have problem recovering some applications, even though they are visible under applications manager but i cant find them under instalklations. has anybody xperienced similar issues? and if u got any nice e71 application just post HERE. have fun y'all, Eseries all the way!
