Religion / Re: Can Pastors Nationwide Ever Unite? by bimpe001(f): 7:28pm On May 14, 2008
Pastors all over the world cannever unite, maybe till Christ comes. Not when one church sees itslf as better than others, not when churches have diverse views, believes and doctrines.Too much interpretation of the Bible and standards of churches cannever bring the pastors to come together.
Where do you want to start from on the differences of church, abegi,as long as the word is preached and people are getting saved and the work of the Lord is going on, everyman should just be careful to workout their own salvation with fear and trembling.
Religion / Re: Drop Your Prayer Point Here. by bimpe001(f): 5:23am On May 14, 2008
Father in the Name of Jesus,You are the Lord that sees the heart of all men and You hearest all prayer.I pray that every prayer point that has been dropped and not yet dropped on this post be answered in Jesus name.As we link our faith together and look up to You Lord,we pray that for every of these prayer points that there shall be a testimony in Jesus Name. And even though this might seem as nothing to someone yet it means much to You and so Lord i pray that You will always be attentive to the supplications of the heart of Your people in Jesus Name.
Religion / Does The New Testament Completely Rule Out The Significance Of The Old Testament by bimpe001(f): 6:33pm On Apr 30, 2008
Does the new testament completely rule out the significance of the old testament? As some people just focus more on the new testament and maybe once in a while make references to the old testament!
Religion / Re: Should Women Preach? by bimpe001(f): 12:58am On Apr 30, 2008
Is there any post here that talks about women staying at home and not working because the bible says that women should be keepers at home.

So that means that irrespective of your degree and whatever you have learnt or gotten,as long as you are married, you are supposed to remain at home and be subject to cleaning, cooking and taking care of the kids for the rest of your lives.

Travel / Re: Disadvantages Of Living Abroad As To Living In Nigeria by bimpe001(f): 12:37am On Apr 30, 2008
there are just so many disadvantages of living abroad as to living in Nigeria, one, people abroad still expct things to be the same way or terrible when they get back but the truth is that sometimes its not like that. You'll be suprised at the changes u'll see when u go back home, with people and the environment and in most cases, its a good change.
And you can't just get to do all your razz matazz abroad that makes one feel like a local champion without them looking at u like u are mad or something.Talk about buying fresh veggies, its out of it,if u dnt get to the store,u aint getting nothin. You can't get to sit outside in the balcony and be saying hai to everyone passing and like someone said, the smiles u get are so fake, but its something.
I miss the buka food, amala especially, like i tell my friends, there is no place like home but we wouldnt have been able to appreciate those little things without missing them.
Business / Re: "You Can't Ban Spraying, It's Our Culture" - KSA To Soludo by bimpe001(f): 4:07pm On Feb 20, 2008
i think i support that law,i mean spraying is not a bad thing and so many pple depend on that money so much especially if they know that those that will be attending their parties are rich because in a way it hlps them recover a little they spent for the party and that raises another question tht why should you organize a party when u knw u are not fully not up to it?
The money that would be sprayed could as well be enveloped and given to whoever!Really, there is more to this spraying thing than anyone knows,
