Well, as an engineer, it depends on what you want like the how many dispenser won't u like to have, what capacity of undertank would you want to have ( like for PM's now ,most fuel station uses 45,000 bt some go lower than that) ,how big is the land, do you want to have a mini mart, is it a service station( I mean do you want to have lube bay where they repairs, service n do all other stuff of cars), so slot of factors warrant the total cost but I am working on some filling stations renovation and construction works) , you can budget a range from 30 m to 50m depending on the above factors, then if u want a detailed estimate you can WhatsApp me on 0906919397 or mail me on adebimpeakinrinola@gmail.com am also available for construction.thanks

I am presently building a 3 storey building and need your advice on the cost of decking for each level to compare with what I have been spending so far as I have a feeling that I am being ripped off.
The building is on the second decking and I was quoted 4.5 million Naira. Each level has 7 rooms. Meanwhile I cost me that much to complete the first decking. It’s quite hard to establish what’s going on as I live in Australia but there’s this feeling that I’m being ripped off. I’m just here to find out the truth from honest people who have built this type of house. I was also told it would cost 18 to 20 million to complete the entire building. Please advise

My first question is, I have not really worked as a quantity surveyor, my first job was procurement officer and second was project manager. Does it matter or should I just go for project manager as a course.
My second question is quantity Surveying is in visa 180 and my spouse course is not here, so does dat means I won't have additional 5 points.
My third question is what exam will I take, I read some pple are taking pte,some ielt, which one should I take pls.
Then can I access my degree before taking the exam
