1)There is an oil block available for sale with all the documents available. The oil block is OPL 326 owned by North South Petroleum and the block can be valued at over USD100billion with an asset life of about 30 years consisting of a 10 year exploration period and a 20 year OML (development and production) period. The estimated amout of crude is about 1.086 Billion barrel. That is what is estimated. It is very vaible and promising. The block lies within the compressional zone of the Niger-Delta offshore. In this region, world class oil-fields such as Akpo in OPL 246, Agbami in OPL 216, and Nsiko in OPL 249 have been discovered. This indicates that the presence of active petroleum charge system is certainly realizable in OPL 326.


2) The second oil block is the OML which is already in operation. Seller wants to send 80% stake in the oil block.
