Politics / Kogi Guber: “where Is Your Integrity “akpoti Blasts INEC Boss Prof Yakubu by binsanni(m): 9:33am On Sep 30, 2019
The candidate of Social Democratic Party SDP, Barrister Natasha Akpoti blasts Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello mercilessly,Akpoti who refused to hesitate in expressing her displeasure over corrupt behaviour of Independent National Electoral Commission Prof Yakubu Mamood said, THE OBSERVERS TIMES understand.

“It’s on record that you Mr mamood Yakubu actually dismissed the gentleman who conducted the second registration for Yahaya Bello,so,if you could dismiss somebody for such an offence, how come you have allowed that same criminal to be a candidate of APC? Where is your integrity Prof. Mamood Yakubu?” on the governor of Kogi state angry Akpoti said” you disqualified all the strong contenders in your party All Progressives Congress APC during your own Primaries, we saw your violence during Peoples Democratic Party PDP primaries and now you are coming after me,You are afraid you never contested an election and you are afraid of standing on the ballot.
Yahaya Bello is one of the most criticised governors in Nigeria, though enjoying a strong relationship with cabal in Asorock but as a governor Bello is rated so low and poorly with attitudes of not paying workers salary and subverting pensioners stipend, on friday the pensioners across Dekinal local government staged a prayer in front of the council secretariat Dekina appealing to God almighty to intervene as many of them claimed to have been sidelined over three years .

Bello battling with second term reelection is being fingered in the disqualification of Professor Seidu Mohammed Onailo, Usman Jibrin CFR, Mohammed Audu and others as the November 16 is drawing nearer Kogi is a state to watch.

75% of Nairaland members and commenters are imbeciles.

Most of them fully supported"Occupy Nigeria" just because of a single economic decision, now that inflation has doubled, Naira still getting weak, avoidable deaths increase at alarming rates week by week, and we have an idiotic president who doesn't give a damn about the plight of Nigerians, a lifeless, haggard looking neanderthal who doesn't deem Nigerians fit and worthy of his attention, who barely address those who foolishly elected him without going through Garbage Shehu and Shame Adesina, they now know the real meaning of revolution, they cower at the mention of protest, they fear for their miserable lives which could be terminated at anytime by either Herdsmen, Biko Haram, bad roads, filthy health care system, or even hunger.

Aren't Nigerians cowardly blessed to suffer to their graves?

Distract youths from what exactly? If your high IQ did not think that what the DSS did is only making him more popular then stop fooling yourself because your IQ is low.
Now a common sense question, what does this action do to both the reputation of the government and sowore? Do you know that what the DSS did can instigate a series of events capable of toppling this government? Do you even have any idea the things sowore have said against this government and the same DSS, the can of worms he opened.

I have been expecting his arrest for a long time, when he was campaigning but the government were wise not to fall for his trap, they used wisdom to handle him by disgracing him at the polls. But it was only a matter of time before they took the bait.

Join the revolution it has already begun!!
U even get time to quote him self. U don't give attention to kids seeking for it with low IQ.
Any sane person that is against this #REVOLUTION then they ain't from this country.

Politics / APC NWC Approves Indirect Primaries For Kogi Guber by binsanni(m): 6:23am On Jul 06, 2019
The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has approved Indirect Primaries to elect the Party’s candidate for the forthcoming Kogi Governorship election.
The approval was given after a meeting of the NWC on Friday where a formal request from the Kogi State executive and stakeholders in preference for the Indirect Primary was considered and deliberated on.
In a press statement signed by the national publicity secretary of the party, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, the APC Constitution which was reemphasized by a decision of National Executive Committee (NEC) provides for three mode of primary election to elect Party candidates – Indirect, Direct Primaries and consensus – depending on the peculiarities of the state and preferences of the stakeholders in respective elections.
Issa-Onilu stated that the Party’s timetable for the sales of forms and conduct of primaries will be announced in due course.
Despite calls from stakeholders and governorship aspirants for direct primary, Governor of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has expressed confidence that he will win the primary election regardless of the mode adopted by the party.
