Igberetv reports that the APC candidate for Kogi West Senatorial District Smart Adeyemi says he will beat Senator Dino Melaye arms down in the fresh elections ordered by the Court of Appeal. On Friday, the Appeal Court declared Senator Dino Melaye's election invalid and ordered that a fresh elections be conducted

The Court Of Appeal could not prove the allegations that Dino Melaye brought to it which claims that the Tribunal did not give him a fair hearing. Therefore, Melaye lost his appeal.

Smart Adeyemi had claimed that Senator Melaye never won any election, that it was all manipulations. In an a message made available to Igberetv, Adeyemi said: “There’s no basis for comparison between me and Dino, if INEC conducts election again, I will beat him arms down.”
