I don't fancy Wike as a person and will never cast my vote for him,but I see nothing wrong in the statement (if true)...I completely/absolutely/totally agree with him that Rv indigenes' welfare should be placed above every other consideration...I strongly doubt if any other governer in Nigeria will be as foolish as to dole out this amount of largesse to non indigenes...My Excellency, in all things apply Wisdom.

I woke up this morning, reached for my smartphone, about to lambaste the useless and insensitive goverment in RV...I paused a moment to read through comments...I read yours and could not help smiling to myself....Honestly, you have warmed my day with laughter......

Is it not an open secret that the economy of RV is in turmoil...Is it not true that the RV treasury has been grievously pilfered? How else does one explain away a situation where a mere month's delay of FG allocation cause this great mess in the finances of RV...If I choose to criticize Amaechi, it is because he has offered me an opportunity to do so...I intend to use a larger platform to achieve this..

OP idea works. it is similar to yours. just transfer 15 naira every 55 min cos thats when etisalat will stop allowing data transfer from your sim. after disconnecting check your balance you will see 15 naira. transfer another 15 naira to the SIM and connect to continue browsing for another 55 minutes.
note this cost me 1000 naira. it is not a scam.
