Management has observed that teaching and non-teaching stall of the Rivers
State UBE Board, particularly those employed in 2013; besiege the Board
daily ostensibly to obtain letters of confirmation.
The Rivers State UBE Board wishes to state as follows:
1. Teachers employed in 2013 are not yet entitled lo be confirmed.
Confirmation of appointment is made two years from date of assumption
of duty, subject to satisfactorY conduct;
2. Confirmation of appointment is an administrative exercise which does not
require the physical presence of the officer to be confirmed or the payment
of any monies;
3, Teaching and non-teaching staff will be notified on guidelines for
applying for confirmation of appointment by September 2015;
Accordingly, all teaching and non-teaching staff are strongly advised to
remain at their duty posts and not constitute a nuisance at the Board
headquarters. Staff w ho fail to comply are liable to be sanctioned.

An average south south man knows that we are prey to the bigger tribes in this case the so called non indigenes'.But all we expect when ever we show a little kindness by admitting you into the state civil service is a little gratitude and not to be pessimistic.
Apart from employing you into her civil service the state is already contributing her quota to the development of the nation. Pls try to be optimistic.

About 7 pages ago(precisely 239),somebody(2ruconfidence) came here and volunteered a priviledged info concerning the poor financial situation of RV which incensed the gods of APC(Amaechi loyalists)....The gods in their indignation opened the cloud of insults and rained abuses heavily on him....Poor 2ruconfidence was not confident enough to withstand the wrath of the gods hence retreated into his shell and only waited for time to prove him right...
Right at this moment, more than 80% of RV civil servants are wearing very ugly frowns due to the fact that they are yet to enjoy their monthly rights....2ruconfidence time has proved beyond all resonable doubts that you are 100% right....S H A M E on the Right Honourable!! SHAME on the gods!!
