The Senate of University of Benin in a circular that went round the school earlier today has Rusticated the Student Union Government's President, Ogbidi Osemudiamen also known as Osemu.com for 1year, the PRO, Goodnews Ehiabhi for 2 years and some others of the Executive Council
In the circular, the Senate instructed that the Vice President, Frances Okogwu be made Acting president.
This news is still a shock to the entire students community of the university.

op going by what you wrote, they were not rusticated, it's called suspension,.. being rusticated is different from being on suspension from skul..

If a student is rusticated, he/she is in no way a student of that skul anymore, his/her studentship has been terminated...

If a student is on suspension, he/she is still a student of that skul but would not be able to carry out academic activities in that same skul throughout the period of the suspension whether a year or two
