. Yes dat's how it is. No transcript No clearance. But while waiting for ur transcript to be processed, u can be attending lectures and deal with some small issues.

U need d document stated in that pdf, and also ur ND statement of result should be included. Don't forget ur L.G. Of origin. But before coming for clearance, u ought to have posted ur transcript from ur former school to the registrar of UNIBEN. When ur transcript get to d registrar, it will take a couple days to get to ur clearance officer and u also need to sign for it at exams and records.

If modified properly, it will make a great outfit. Like making the top piece down to size.

My honest opinion. The government should embark on divesting the economic industrialization of the south-west. The government should embark on projects that will enhance the rapid economic development of other part of the nation. The south-east region should also have a major seaport (cross-river or akwa ibom state) to facilitate the movement of goods and machinery into the nation. A nation as vast as nigeria should not have lagos as her only means of international trade. Also a major cargo airport should be located in a central region in the country. This airport and seaport will boost the home grown manufacturing capacity of this nation especially the Ibo nation. Also such facility will reduce the already influx of people to the already max out western nigeria. We as a nation need to stride for national development, not sectional or regional development. So, in essence to this topic, such industries should be vetoed by the government to a region in much need of urban development. Thank You.

Petroleum Training Institute 2014/2015 merit admission list was released on 8th of Oct. the list was pasted on the notice board in the school campus but was later removed from the board while students are yet to check their names for unknown reasons. The admission list has not been uploaded online either. The Admission list will be re-pasted hopefully by Monday,13th.
