God bless you Mrs. Akpabio for standing by your husband in this trying time. You have every right in the world as Akpabio's wife to sue that scumbag called Natasha for trying to drag your husband's name and by extension your family's name in the mud. Let her tender her evidence in the court or face the consequences. |

Whoever wrote this does not know the meaning of trillion. And trillion in US dollars for that matter.
Must be a fake news, or the figure is exaggerated. I don't believe there is any bank in the world that has that type of money even as a total value of customers' deposit or total asset not to talk of mistakenly sending the trillions into an individual's account. |

So you support 'an eye for an eye' principle that Jesus warned against! Are you sure you are a Christian? Righteousness2: Russia, the United States, Hungary and ISRAEL voted against a Ukrainian resolution proposal at the UN that calls Russia an aggressor and calls on it to withdraw from Ukrainian territory to its recognized borders.
To all those who were shocked by Israel’s vote in the United Nations against Ukraine:
Just a reminder that in the last decade, Ukraine voted against Israel in the UN General Assembly 122 times, Abstained 41 times, and voted in favor of Israel 0 times. |

I just finished reading the part of the book where IBB talks about the 1966 coup and the counter-coup that followed. That is from page 36 of the book.
From what I have read there, iBB didn't write anything different from what we have read in history books and have already known. There is nowhere in the book he categorically mentioned that the coup was not an 'igbo coup' neither did he blame Igbos as a tribe for the coup. I noticed he was trying to be as objective and unbiased as possible while narrating the story.
The people asking Nigerian government to apologise to ndigbos and compensate Igbos with Trillions of Naira are mad. |

Career › Re: Is 80k In Naira A Good Salary? by bitbillionaire: 11:51am On Feb 24, 2025 |
Lol. It's always easy to spot a comment that is generated and copied from an AI app. It's okay but you guys should try and give credit to the AI app at the end of the comment. That shows integrity. IyaTola: Good day!
The answer to whether ₦80,000 is a good salary in Nigeria depends on various factors, including:
1. Location: The cost of living varies significantly across different cities and states in Nigeria. For example, ₦80,000 might be considered a decent salary in some rural areas, but it might not be enough to cover living expenses in major cities like Lagos or Abuja. THIS IS BECAUSE OF BILLS such phcn bills, water bills, Gas bills, feeding, Medical, transportation cost.
2. Industry and job role Salaries can differ greatly depending on the industry, job role, and level of experience. ₦80,000 might be a good starting salary for an entry-level position in some industries, but it might be considered low for more experienced professionals or those in high-demand fields.
3. Personal circumstances: Individual financial obligations, debt, and financial goals also play a significant role in determining whether ₦80,000 is a good salary.
To give you a better idea, here are some general guidelines on average salaries in Nigeria:
- Entry-level positions: ₦150,000 - ₦180,000 per month - Mid-level positions: ₦280,000 - ₦350,000 per month - Senior-level positions: ₦450,000 - ₦650,000 per month
Keep in mind that these are general estimates and can vary widely depending on the specific circumstances. If in the end you reject the job, here's where you can get remote jobs in Nigeria.

Politics › Re: Bashir Ahmad Lectures Yoruba Imams How Ramadan Works by bitbillionaire: 2:51pm On Feb 15, 2025 |
Is Bashir right or wrong?
Let's look at the issue objectively. Though I am not a muslim but from my little knowledge of islamic tradition, a new moon (i.e. crescent moon) need to be physically sighted before Ramadan fasting can be declared; to end the fasting period another new moon have to be physically sighted.
Of course there are apps that can tell us the date of the new moon and full moon and positions of the planets. I personally have such an app on my phone and I know that new moon will occur on February 28. But the moon will not be visible (which is the crescent moon muslims need to see) till after two or three days from the date of the new moon.
So the 1st of March that the League of Yoruba Imams fixed for the commencement of the Ramadan fast might not be correct as there is a high possibility the moon may not be visible by then. The moon should be visible from 2nd or 3rd day of March. Remember, Islamic tradition requires that the the moon must be physically sighted.
So Bashir is right. The League of Yoruba Imams are wrong |

Infact, a house or seating made up of only a quorum can only take limited decisions You guys are still not getting it. In the eyes of the law, Rivers state has only 3 members for now. OLAADEGBU: Sharia arbitration panels “do not infringe on the rights of non-Muslims but merely offer a voluntary alternative dispute resolution mechanism for Muslims who choose to settle personal matters such as marriage, inheritance, and family disputes according to Islamic law.
Source Although I am not a muslim but I think the explanation above in respect of Sharia arbitration panel makes sense. If the two parties or all the parties who are having disagreements are muslims and they want the issue resolved in Islamic way it makes sense to take the case to sharia arbitration panel. Of course, if one of the parties is a non-muslim who is not interested in islamic or sharia law the matter cannot be taken to sharia panel obviously. I see nothing wring with establishing the sharia panel provided it's strictly for muslims |

Evans deserve to die because he was a merciless deadly kidnapper with too many blood on his hands. I'm even surprise he has not been executed up till now.
However, after reading his 'transformation' story a merciful side of me feel he should be given a second chance. Even then, I still feel Evans is too dangerous to be released to the society so soon.
At best, he should remain in jail till he his above 80 years old. Hopefully by then he will have no energy for crime again |

Trump, the dumbest creature America ever produced as a president will accelerate the fall of that great country if he is not stopped. But can he even be stopped? America is gone. stanluiz: Oh my God!
Is it that there is no economist in Trump administration to explain to him what tarrif is and who pays it.
Trump is so ignorant. When Trump impose his tarrif on china electronics in his first administration, china retaliated by imposing their own tarrif in America especially their agriculture because China is the export destination of America agriculture.
American farmers loss was estimate of $250 billion. If affected their agriculture too badly even their department of agriculture felt it. What did ignorant trump did, he just bailed them out with $10 billion.
What is $10 billion bailout compare to the loss of $250 billion ? China has to import their agriculture products through Mexico, India, Germany, Netherlands, Australia etc.
So who loss ? America. Thats why Trump is a clown.
The world does not revolve around anyone. If Trump continues with is economic bullying, A global Allies of resistance will ensure and America will be isolated both politically and economically. |
