Politics › Re: A 6years Old Boy Asked Buhari A Shocking Question That Sent Fear Into The Camp O by Bitterleafsoup: 5:40pm On Mar 04, 2015 |
mrmetoo1: That would have been a very easy question to answer. He would have said no, it was a man in the PDP (Lawal Kaita) that said it.
That as matter of fact Reuben Abati was taken to court for attributing the statement to Buhari. The case was settled out of court with Reuben retracting his statement and apologizing. really where is the link saying such? |
Politics › Re: Gen Muhammadu Buhari And Matters Arising... by Bitterleafsoup: 5:35pm On Mar 04, 2015 |
olapluto: If you listened well, Buhari answered your questions at the same Chatham house. He said if he was to go after corrupt officials, his government will not have time to face more serious issues of nation building. But APC said that GEJ is bad for facing the other serious issues of nation building. They complain that he has thrown no one in jail, but they never mention how the FOI has cut them off from rubbishing state funds. |

Brilliant! Let us also talk about his threat to end the Abuja accord those types of utterances, prove to me that if elected the clamp down on freedom of speech will continue where he left off in 80's. |

ngmgeek: I can understand why you feel that I don't support him. Our politics is in bad shape and our leaders are weak because they only listen to people like you who don't find fault in them. Look at what he has been able to do in a few weeks with the insurgents. Is it because of praise singers like you? It is because he is listening to some of us who like and care about him and our country.
I actually have lots of sites but you need to know that only a smart man want to be like nairalanders. You call it fake because you don't have millions to spend on such sites. lol! So Cameroon, Ghana, France, China and US involvemet has no impact right? You guys should stop this nonsense propaganda spinning. Write a story about Nigerians Presidents that achieved more, with the same circumstances on their head. We all know that GEJ was thought to be clueless. GEJ never outshined the Masters he made them feel more brilliant than they are. Tinubu and OBJ fell face first for the strategy. Seeing faults with the President how will that solve the problem, offering solutions, using research and deductive reasoning, that is how wise decisions are made. OBJ to get out of his way to develope Nigeria was an impossible task to me in 2011. But our President did it! People like Tinubu and OBJ were not allowed acess to Aso Rock as they thought was going to happen, and they played a hand that is going to make them the biggest losers ever in 9ja politics. My friend, regardless of how people want to see him he made it to the top of the tower, without making much waves. Only gods and the dead can seem perfect with impunity. Not everybody will recognize the strategies of GEJ. |

ngmgeek: My admiration and support for this man is decreasing at an alarming rate. I have been wondering what really went wrong somewhere. This is not really the man that I thought I knew. Honestly! Now I know why they really don't want someone else to handle the affairs of this country.
Nigerians, Is this really the best we can afford? oh please you've been fighting GEJ on your fake Nairaland site forever you never supported him. |

On fixing the economy he will plug the holes and use the saved money to fund welfare programs. So is this a fairy tale or manifesto? The history on African Democracy as a continent was time wasted, just filler, the guy could not repeat anything by heart none of that is what he believes in and stand for. He will not appoint corrupt people but Tinubu and other crooks are his financial support and backing. The General means well, but the position was over his head in the 80s as it is in 2015 many decades later. |

If this is true that means he did more for the North then his own people and they still hate him, and they will still destroy all he built so might as well be selfish and focus on SE and SS this time. |

Christianity Etc › Re: The Difference Between The Soul And The Spirit by Bitterleafsoup: 3:24pm On Mar 02, 2015 |
Billyonaire: Nice Thread. The confusion is understandable especially because most religion messed up the theory already in their holy books.
Using electricity as illustration, Spirit is like the current that makes everything to come alive, be it radio, TV, Fridge, cars etc The cars, fridges, TV, radio etc are the souls. Everything that lives has souls, but all living and non-living things need spirit to even be in existence. Yes, actually, both living and non-living things are actually in existence. Even the death. Your so deep sometimes... |
