It's funny seeing how clueless some people are and I know the reason why they are clueless! They simply don't understand the situation! Let's assume that Aisha Buhari is guilty, why would she be wanted by the U.S? Giving a bribe to a U.S Congressmen is not a crime for the giver, it's immoral but not illegal. Even the Whites do it, they just call it lobbying. Now even if it is a crime, the prosecuting nation would be Nigeria not U.S so can someone explain why she would be wanted in the U.S? Now let's get back to what I believe truly happened, before 2012 there was nothing like proper identification for bank accounts. Anyone could forge identification and use it to open a bank account. In Nigeria alone we have more than 100 people bearing the name Aisha Buhari, so can we really be sure it's the same Aisha? I think Fayose misfired on this one and it would eventually lead to the end of his political career.

Gej awarded the contract and used it as a campaign tool, so he didn't pay them fully. That's why the contractors left the site when he lost cos he saw no need to pay them anymore cos the project couldn't help him win SW.

Fashola had to beg them to return that this administration will pay whatever debt the last administration owed them.


While appreciating the challenges confronting the contractors, the minister said that with the budget approval, the ministry will not hesitate to offset the existing payments owed contractors as soon as disbursements and releases are made to enable them re-engage their staff and return fully to site.

Meanwhile, the contractors who were owed over N600 billion also promised to improve standard of roads, as well as provide road furniture including signage, kilometre milestones among others.

I think dat op is high on expired tramadol soaked in regal dry gin for giving credit to fashola on lagos-ibadan expressway. I passed that road twice a week infact I just returned from Lagos less than 2hrs today. GEJ awarded the contract & the work was going smoothly until bubu destabilized everything which makes work stop. Though RCC is back to work for the construction but they now use equipment & man power lesser than what we see during GEJ days
