That being said, the only issue I have with our so called leaders is, they look like they are short of ideas. Yes, they closed the school because of Covid-19, nobody faulted them at first, but where it became paramount is after they began to do the gradual easing process without considering the school, (those in final year) probably left with a semester, or a paper to go, then they are done.
In my opinion, what they should have done is, let the finalist first resume, as a means a gradual opening up of the school, just like it is being done for Senior Secondary School students, after they are done with the finalist, the whole institution can open, with regulated time table. For example, Monday's can be for a department, Tuesday's for another department, and so on and forth. Meaning the department that were in school on Monday have no business to come to school on Tuesday, follow suit to Wed, Thu, Fri.... This system will avail them the opportunity to practice physical distancing on campus by making use of the empty classes of the other departments that are not in school, instead of closing down the school without coming up with any idea as to how to open the school other than, "we shall open the school when it is safe to." The question is, when is the right time, and the safest time? This virus had come to stay, and it will not go anytime soon. The only solution is to diverse a means to start living with it, till the awaited vaccine is available. I just hope that our government is listening...

I wish the present registrar of Jamb, Prof Ishaq Oloyede is the current Minister of Education, the man with a technical know-how, not the other way round....
Well, our government will always live in denial, using ASUU strike as a cover up while school aren't resuming any moment from now.

...true, the writer is right in the submission of his own opinion. haven said that, let me state the very obvious: "that is human nature, not necessarily the black man, though, this thought is very common with the blacks." The black hates blacks. That being said, from the inception of the world, human being had actually been the enemy of his fellow beings.. From Eve-Adam, from Cain-Abel, from Ishmael-Isaac, from Jacob-Esau, fromJoseph-his brothers, from Moses-Mariam, from Saul-David, etc.

Naturally, all human being are born with a bit of envy, strive, covetousness, jealousy, etc. It can be managed, depending on how your emotions played in. This is one quality the whites have over the blacks, they can stage manage their emotions. Black man, black skin, black mind, black thought, etc... but we are unique in our own very way.

Now to the whites, they share in this as well. They envy themselves too, but not to the point of death. They also wish that, that thing can be theirs, instead of their brothers'. For example, Have you ever seen Chelsea support an Arsenal in a final, = NO, despite the fact that they are brothers.
Have you ever seen Manchester City supports Manchester United in a final, = NO, despite the fact that they are brothers.
I think that explains my point... My personal opinion though!

...when it is safe, is indirectly or probably saying when a vaccine is discovered. There is a conspiracy theory here, and the theory is, a vaccine had been discovered by Russia, but the world is brainwash to believe that, that is not the authentic vaccine they are waiting for. Vaccine from either USA, UK, or probably GERMANY.
A cursory look will tell us that this is a Western world conspiracy theory which the world is meant to believe against Russia, Nigeria inclusive. Our PTF/NCDC believe there is no vaccine yet, since USA is the only country our officials trust to declare a vaccine that/and will believe.
if you have followed this event very carefully, since the outbreak of this various, Nigeria had always been following the footsteps of the USA. When the USA looked down their economy, Nigeria follow suit, even where our cases were fewer, when they began gradual easing up of the economy, Nigeria also follow suit, when their domestic flights resumes, ours also resumed. So, what are we saying, Nigeria is only using the western world situation to determine theirs, which in every ramifications are not synonymous but antonym to each other. We must begin to look inwardly to make decisions as it affects our current situations, not using foreign policy as a yardstick or parameter for comparison and measurement. This is the main reason we are where we are today. We copy/we paste, even without editing.

CONGRATULATIONS to the ADESANYA'S. The Nigerian in him is really alive. More victory to come ijn. I think from all the comments I have read so far, I never saw where anyone is claiming that he (ISRAEL ADESANYA) is a YORUBA, IGBO, or HAUSA breed, but we all called him Nigerian. This is a true spirit of oneness, the moment we start seeing ourselves as Nigerians, and not the other way round, the better. God bless NIGERIA.

It is always good to learn from history, as those who learned from history will not commit the mistake of the past. History don't repeats itself, but human being repeats history. Same is about to happen... Hand akimbo...

Well, for the very first time in a million year, discipline is being followed to the call. I passed through the school, my Alma mater, and I know how things are being run there. Thanks to the management for taking a bold step in the right direction. I think this is coming after a change of government. Long live Kwara State Polytechnic, long live Kwara State, long live Federal Republic of Nigeria!

There is certainly no peace for the wicked, as the evil men do, leave after them. All the day may be for a thief, but a day is certainly for the owner. Let justice be served. He who kills by the sword, would definitely die by the sword.

@Jimmywat-------------- This is absolute awkward n absurd, irrespective of the Economy situation, must u wish ur President Dead?
