chuksOG:Firstly, for the phone number, it has to be the one registered on your BVN. That would receive the OTP. Mores if your email was registered on your BVN you will get an OTP. Secondly, you can access your account on the Web too... alat.ng there's is no difference. You probably had the issue because of inputing a wrong password and for security reasons account was locked.... Thirdly, however for every business there little difficulty in getting through to contact centres using some channels. However alat has provided ... Comments sections on playstore. ... you can reach them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ... you can also mail.... help@alat.ng For the phone number it's on the site.. you can put a call through (now that call rates are cheap ) For those of us that successfully registered we appreciate it than having to enter bank for opening and running accounts... Try again. |
NubiLove:The number you should register with is the one that is registered on your BVN. Another number wouldn't go through... And you android OS should be at least version 4.4. Try that and let me know the feedback. |
NubiLove:it's 500 naira |
Afonjashapmouth:On the app, there's an avenue for you can reach them. 'Talk to us' it's there.... Or you check the website and social media for ALAT. |
Please mods move to the right section! It would interest you that Nigeria is one of the countries that is technologically advanced in Banking in Africa if not the most. ALAT by Wema is the first 'fully' digital bank in Nigeria. (Yes, fully digital, you don't need to step out of your house for anything) you get all you need done from your phone... Trust me.. Wema is really crazy (I don't them, when a lot of people areally running a way, you have to be creative) ... brilliant idea I must say this has brought them back in the game. I took my time to understand this product that was launched in 2nd of May 2017.. I would like to write about the features that differentiate this from a regular bank app. - Open and upload "all" documents from your phone. - Free engraved master card and freely delivered by UPS to wherever you want to pick it. - activate card on your phone, change pin and reset on phone. - Card control, you can now lock and unlock your card without calling your bank... (very first in the industry). - you also earn a whooping 10% on set goals. (Crazy!) I use a good number of banks. . I'm sure none has given me this experience so far. No a bit of issues. 1.Though the account becomes active immediately, you would be allowed to withdraw more than 30k daily of you don't have a valid ID card... until these are verified. Then your limits can be raised. ( this is manageable sha) 2. You won't get free debit card unless you upload you documents. 3. You can't operate without a valid BVN. I read about some issue's on Play store on the previous versions but this latest version is crazy!. Restrictions have been lifted. .. and a juicier part. .. promo is up.. na why I dey share my mind on the product.... Download and use this promo code R2X4I8..(remember you'll have a make a deposit of 500 at least to continue to enjoy some features.....explore yourself and give your reviews see. Try it and spread the news. WEMA tried with this I must say! Enough of stress and hidden charges from our banks! Please move to FP abeg... Cc Lalasticlala Obinoscopy Tosyne2much Ishilove

Good job here I must say... honestly. .. Seun needs to reward you guys... *doffs hat* Here is my issue.... I tried looking for a thread to put this but I couldn't locate one easily. 1. I want to go work and live in Canada. I already have my first degree. Which is a 2.2. So applying for masters in Canada might be a waste of time.. 2. I did research on work visa, which brings me to this point. a. I know about the IELTS which I should be writing in about 2 months by God's grace. b. I also know that NOC classification of the kind of job that is readily needed in canada are Class 00 and Skill type 0,A and B of which cooking and catering falls into. An aspect I am looking at as my mum has been catering before I was born so I learnt. This is aside my 1st degree in Geology. c. I plan on getting some professional qualifications in Catering to add up to boost my credentials. 3. I am 27 years old and single. I hope to get a work permit. Then convert to permanent residency permit when I have worked in canada for a while .. 4. On the minimum of $12300CAD must it be my statement of account or I can get a sponsor. Please Experts in the house.. guide me on way forward. How do I go about this work visa... ARe all this plan in place? Is it visible or is there any other process I should work towards as basic. |
