Tinubu filled it and submitted it in his INEC form he used to contest for Lagos state Governorship election in 1999, and I know INEC and every other government organization or parastatal have archive, it's in INEC's archive.


If an opposition candidate try this, he or she will be automatically disqualified, they are dancing around this certificate forgery because it is Tinubu the incumbent President and the candidate of the ruling party.
