yes they'll say you're a rape apologist or you're a rapist and rain needless insults. They won't talk, rather they prefer to wait 15 or more years later when the deed has already been done and dusted. Chances are also there that it could just a lie to blackmail someone. Even if u can't report tell people around u like your friends or cousin's or people u trust atleast one person will take action for u, thank God today we have social media, post it and it will generate interest and authorities will take action, not 20 years later when no one can verify your claims and the deed has already been done
