So wedding day becomes the MATRICULATION into a LONG AND BORING UNIVERSITY where credit loads are kids, levels are houses or achievements and the only way to GRADUATE WITH HONORS is death.

Depression/boredom/ETC is the reason why we look outside to enthrone someone else as our idol rather than finding purpose within ourselves.

NOTE: Have you considered that your bride just wants to be lavish and show you off and let everyone see you and see how lucky she is to have you?

After such consideration, I think you can travel back to your country, inform her of an emergency or an excuse not to be present and the wedding will still hold in your absence and then when its all done, you will have her all to yourself.

I've sat down with some of my OG's lately discussing about life and so many other things In general and one of the biggest mistakes these OG's have told me that they truly regret in life was marrying the wrong women.
