Lolll u funny die bro . My light bill alone for a months is 60k. Band A things we never talk of fuel for car , new baby expenses and feeding . I don’t spend anything less than 400 to 500k monthly

It is possible but that means the entire family has to skip lunch. A family of 4 on average living will spend nothing less than 7k - 10k per day. Breakfast for the children, money for biscuits, their lunch at school and transportation(if their school is far),alone will cost you 4k or more. A soup of 5k or more can't last you for more than 2 days.

Unlike adult, children are expensive to take care of, and if you don't feed them well, you are only teaching them how to steal or lose concentration at school.

It is not easy at all, majority are just pushing it anyhow with the hope of getting liberated someday.

Of a truth.. it is very very hard.. but when the going gets tough, only the tough gets going..

Remember, I said take advantage of bulk buying from cheap places like the north... Lunch at skl for kids b only food cooked at home .. little as they don't eat much... Immidiately they return mom's gives them another... Biscuits is not a compulsory, u are the one that thinks it is... Snacks made from. Home by ur wife can b the lunch meal...

That is why in my house, earlier I bought oven ND we usually have floor.. cuz of cost...

It's not a lie that 7-10k.might b spent daily on house management, believe u can save a lil...stop buying bags of pure water, dnt buy the children general soap to bath, instead buy them individually and giv them finish mandate, they will.protect theirs...

Remove them from expensive skls that are demanding instead put them in cheap skls that are also ok...

Tell ur wife to always utilize and plan their food to skl from yesterday night meals...not always lunch box with new food bought outside..there are many tight corners to cut..like Barr food wastage, mk a law that all remains of food not from the plates but from the pot must b preserved in the fridge...

Do u know u can't eat more than what ur most needs, if u do because u see the food.nd it can pass ur mouth...the rest will go out as faeces for defacation ....

Your advice is mostly sound. However if one has a housewife, wouldn't it be nicer to give her an allowance regularly if he has the capacity. At least it'll help her solve some personal stuffs without needing to ask him every single time.

I am never against allowances at all.. infact I support it for house wives.... But believe me money is never enough, if u like give 100k allowance monthly it's never enough..... So when u drop what u believe ur calculations can carry... U follow a plan to mk things last for u...

I know what I am saying that housewives under buy items just to sweeze out more money for themselves... the problem with this is sh is married to an average income man..who still need to provide anyways even if the country is in mess...so the man need to get all the value for the monies he gives out for household economics

If u secured a loan to build the house.. you set the first price anyhow u want.... remember the proposal didn't stop u from setting prices.. only stops unreal increases from your initial set price of accomodations....

It is long overdue as most landlords have charged tenants to penury and homelessness...

These are my own proposal for law on landlord and tenant:

1. The landlord reserve the right to set his price for accomodations in his house.. however,

2. The landlord cannot increase the rent by more than 15% of the previous rent

2. The landlord cannot increase the rent before a period less than 4 years from the previous increament

3. If the landlord wants a tenant out by reason of "I want to make use of the property"... He cannot put another tenant into the room for rent purpose for at least 12 months..

4. Any new tenant brought in after rule (3) must not pay rent more than 15% of the existing tenants..

5. If the landlord evicts tenants for reason of renovations, the physical upgrade must be evident after eviction before new set of tenants can come in...

6. If after rule (5), the landlord cannot increase the rent by more than 20% of previous rents...
