Not totally true. I am 43 years old. I wake up by 5am without any issues, no health issues whatsoever(Genetics from my mother who is 65 without any single health challenges).My prowess in the other room is still top notch, I haven't noticed anything. Young ladies especially between the ages of 27 to 32 still dey on my matter (don't know why).

The only thing I have noticed is my hair and beard is now going grey. That's all. Besides I'm divorced with a 12 and 16 years old (Daughters). So I'm not bothered about marrying again (We have joint custody).
