In a *DIALYSIS Process,* blood is removed from the body through the red tube, passed through the dialysis machine, cleansed of all metabolic impurities and then reintroduced back into the body through the blue tube.

This process takes 4 hours while the patient remain immobile in bed.

The procedure is carried out 3 times a week, which results in 12 times a month resulting in a total of 48 hours a month.

For those not affected,. this process of purifying your kidneys occurs automatically 36 times every day in your body with zero effort or discomfort even while you are moving around.

Reduce Your Intake of:
Caffeine

2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS IN NIGERIA

Today, Saturday, 25th February, 2023, we shall all be marching out to perform a civic duty; RIGHT TO VOTE & BE VOTED FOR. We shall be voting a new president and national assembly members.

I want to encourage all of us to come out enmass and vote for candidates of our choice. Cast your vote consciously, sincerely and heartily, your vote matters!

Vote for that candidate(s) that will better our lot as a nation. We have had enough in this nation, lets do it right and get it right.

We are all stakeholders in the Nigerian project. If it goes well, we all benefit but if it goes wrong, we all bear the brunt.

Leave politics and propaganda aside, think about the future of this country, your own future, that of your children, siblings, and unborn generations. Vote wisely!

Avoid, reject and condemn any form of inducement, it is like selling your birthright for a plate of porridge.

The decision we make today will greatly reflect in our living standard and economic fortunes, atleast, for the next 4 years.

If we fail to get it right today, please and please, nobody should complain, murmur, or grumble after now!

POVERTY DOES NOT KNOW LANGUAGE, RELIGION OR ETHNICITY!

Vote wisely!

We wish Nigeria and her citizens the best at today's polls.

God bless Nigeria!

Best Wishes,
Symmetric Communications.
