What they definitely, assuredly, and affirmatively have the power to do is to INVESTIGATE a sitting governor (accounts are frozen to facilitate investigation in case you've been living under a rock).

Do your research on the powers of the EFCC and you will definitely be less puzzled. Go and do your research about governor immunity then you can cure your zombie

We need smart and positively principled people to wage the war on corruption. Magu doesn't have the intelligence of anticorruption chief. You arrest a person and begin to look for evidence while ignorant and myopic masses applaud.
