You must follow the formal steps to identify yourself with our Church before u can claim the money.
They are as follows: You must identify with the symbols of our Church, which are BREAD and WINE."
1. You must send us a picture of yourself holding our Church name printed on a banner. You must be sitted.
2. You must send a picture of yourself holding a bottle of WINE to your ear.
3. You must send a picture of yourself carrying a loaf of BREAD on your head.

Pastor Samuel Eze of God Love Bible Ministry in Apapa, approaches the Church of Bread and Wine abroad with the aim of helping them spread the work here in Nigeria , however he has a shortcoming: He needs funds. Thus he asked the Church to provide him with $74,000 to foster a joint venture between the two churches,

419eater is contacted and takes over and poses as Father Ted Chilly of the Bread and Wine Church . He immediately responds to Samuel Eze's email requesting the funds ($74,000)

This is a picture of the " Church of Bread and Wine" and its Photoshop!! To fool Pastor Samuel!!
Says "Father Ted" (419eater) to Pastor Samuel in his email reply to him: "You have come to the right place. We have over 300 churches world-wide and love to help upcoming churches like yours. We don't, however send funds without recourse to our due procedures, in order to be sure of where our funds are being sent.

This clearly confirms the sorry state of Nigeria's affairs. Is it possible for a Minister to be summoned for a hearing at the senate without going to the house  with the master work plan or may be non exists.  Has anybody seen the master plan for VISION 2020 or is it more of a gimmick
Politics6,000mw: Minister Can’t Supply Work Plan by blacksta(op): 8:26am On Mar 18, 2009
Minister of Power, Dr. Lanre Babalola, on Tuesday failed to offer details of the work plan of the Federal Government to achieve 6,000 megawatts of electricity by the end of the year, in spite of earlier boast and assurances on the targeted figure before the National Assembly members.

The drama occurred as the House of Representatives Committee on Power headed by Honourable Ndudi Godwin Elumelu tasked the minister to stop dwelling on grammar and come up with concrete work plan on the amount of megawatts that the ministry wanted to add to the current figure on weekly and monthly bases from now and how the target was to be met.

Elumelu had told the minister that the committee was not impressed with the assurances he (the minister) had been giving on the targeted figure of 6,000 megawatts, saying: “If I allow you to go now, my members will accuse me that I only allowed you to come here to speak grammar.”

Babalola, who looked worried after the request and had to consult with officials that came with him, told the committee that he would have to come back with appropriate figure since he had no work plan with him.

“We did not come here with the appropriate figure. I have no doubt that we can easily come back,” he pleaded.

PoliticsNigeria Appeal Court Upholds Oyo State Governor Poll -officials by blacksta(op): 1:56pm On Mar 17, 2009
IBADAN, Nigeria -(Dow Jones)- Nigeria's Court of Appeal Tuesday upheld the election of the ruling People's Democratic Party's Adebayo Alao-Akala as governor of the southwestern state of Oyo, legal officials said.
Abiola Ajimobi of the opposition All Nigeria People's Party had challenged the ruling of an election petition tribunal which declared Alao-Akala winner of the April 2007 governorship poll.
Ajimobi claimed Alao-Akala's election was characterized by widespread ballot-rigging, ballot-snatching and other criminal activities.
But the Court of Appeal Tuesday upheld the tribunal's decision, with presiding judge Justice Victor Omage declaring that Ajimobi had failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the 2007 election was rigged in favor of Alao-Akala.
Several governorship and senatorial polls conducted in Nigeria in April 2007 have been nullified, either by election tribunals or by the Court of Appeal.
Oyo is one of the five major cocoa-producing states in southwestern Nigeria.

If the people that make up the L.G.A are not complaining maybe they are happy with the project.

What u said is right that is part of the dividends of democracy. If a localty beleive the most important project for them is to build a mordern Governor's lodge for the chief executive of the state what is wrong with that. Our top bankers are buying planes to facilitate their jobs our pastors the same thing why not the Chief executive of the state. I dont see anything wrong with that its the people's wishes.

Bankers are spending private monies and not public funds
