Dame and GEJ enter Eagle square after all the back office mago mago - shakes atiku's and tell him he will sort him out ministerial job like petroleum minister. |
Obj don enter Eagle square. THe real presido don enter |
Indicatns frm sum sources dat a significant no of deals hav bn struck tiltin things in d directn of GEJ. As i mentioned earlier only a miracle can stop GEJ from winning - GEj has deployed all every single power of the incumbent - even our foreign reserve. |
jay bee:At the moment I am sitting between GEJ and Atiku for Eagles square -Abuja ( to prevent them coming to blows) on a Serious note from Twitter - search for #pdpprimaries |
entry polls suggest a landslide for GEJ read exit polls. That remains to be seen. Off for a breathe baring last minute miracle - na the only way atiku go win. In Uk or US - u get exit polls but for Nigeria no such thing - Atiku fit double the dollars and everything fit change last minute. |
Na wa what happened to consensus candidate - All these northern states say they will vote for GEJ |
Nasarawa state tell me their vote is a secret |
Jigawa state say they will vote Goodluck |
Delegates that have been accredited are making their way to Eagle Square at the moment! |
ballot boxes arrive at Eagle square
|
Delegates are presently at State Liasons before being transported to Wadata |
Despite d restraining order by d High Court in Enugu, the PDP National Chairman Dr.E Nwodo says he is stil in charge. |
Ebele offering $7k, Atiku offering $5k, so that's $12k for any sharp delegate |
Party primaries in Nigeria are typically cash-and-carry affairs; the only rule is that there are no rules, delegates ‘eat' from all camps, and keep their options open till the last minute. This can make it a most frustrating exercise for candidates, requiring an endless supply of cash, often denominated in dollars. There is no evidence that today will be different, whether in how the battle will be fought (with cash), or in the outcome (victory to the ‘incumbent'). No incumbent Nigerian President has ever lost a re-election bid. In a political system in which the President is seen as "leader" of the party, it is hard to imagine how a challenger would succeed staging an upset, and dislodging the person from whom all patronage - contracts and appointments - flows. Already a number of party leaders have insisted that there is "no vacancy" in Aso Rock. |
The only presidential aspirant so far present at the Eagles Square is Sarah Jibril |
a delegate said, our state gov'nor has instructed us on who to vote for, I'm going to do my own thing & I'm not alone |
Apparently there's disagreement over whether ballots should be labeled by state between both Camps |
2 major camps are denying inducing delegates with cash, so the delegates are the winners |
A text from a delegate: "things are happening behind the scenes! We may be late sha" No wonder |
Heavy Security and traffic around Eagle -- hawkers and bombers have been told to stay fck away - so oti gbo. These people mean business - about 6 layers of security checks to get into Eagle square. if only they would protect the common man like this Nija will be a safer place. |

The shackles of Tinubu over ACN must be broken the last thing Nigerians want is another re incarnated PDP in ACN. A Party that does not primaries but rather imposes candidates on it citizens sounds like a remake of PDP. |

GEJ - all the way for the PDP ticket but will loose election. |
Beaf:Wow did not know Nija jurisdiction extended outside of the country. Lets wait and see where this one ends. hopefully not at the bottom of the soak away where list of other cases have ended for example halliburton, Siemens, Warri , Jos and Abuja bombings. |
jensinmi:Ok sorry - na my math teacher cause am |
I am so happy that GEJ would win. God is wonderful sha - He says " My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts," says the LORD. "And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine." The election of GEJ as the President will be the final straw that would break the Camel's(PDP) back. That bondage called PDP will be so disjointed to the extent that only a graveyard can accommodate it. Evil cannot forever triumph over good. |
iit is more than 21billion 7M*3000 = 21 000 000 000 000 a trillion has 12 zeros hence the figure 21 Trillion is correct any back to the news Ibb sef no get that kind money. how much more atiku |

Bashorun Dele Momodu today emerged presidential candidate of the National Conscience Party (NCP) after a keenly contested primaries at the party's National Convention today Wednesday 12 January, 2011 in Lagos. Dele Momodu polled 169 votes to clinch the ticket ahead of co-aspirants Chief Martin Onovo and Atei Beredugo with 8 and 14 votes respectively. Speaking shortly after accepting his nomination, Bashorun Dele Momodu said that the biggest task ahead of Nigerians is a total rejection of the People's Democratic Party (PDP); a party that has been in power for twelve years without achieving anything tangible. He admonished Nigerians to make it a critical part of their daily prayer points. According to him, "the end of PDP has come." He also bemoaned the dearth of competent leaders in the country today noting that a Dele Momodu presidency would turn around the fortunes of Nigerians as the NCP is on a mission to abolish the poverty of the people and the poverty of ideas which has brought our nation to its knees. When asked if he would join forces with any other presidential candidate against the PDP in the forthcoming election, the NCP presidential flag-bearer noted that the greatest alliance Nigeria needs now is the alliance of the people against the PDP behemoth. Bashorun Dele Momodu attributed a large part of his preparation for the presidential race to the mentorship of Chief MKO Abiola and Chief Ganiyu Oyesola Fawehinmi, SAN. |
