Now I am planning to start with Taxify alone cos I can't afford the uber comprehensive insurance and I want to know if with Taxify alone I can make 40k and above in a week... that car is good for the business and you can make more than 40k in a week. All you need to register on Taxify are; driver's license, vehicle particulars, 2k for inspection of ur car, 8k for Taxify insurance cover, good compatible phone and u should go to their office early in d morning for the training, latest 10am for the 1st batch, good luck bro

From my first week of driving for Uber, what I've learnt is that driving on the island is more fun and better for you and your car than the mainland. The roads are better on the island and then there are a lot of short trips on the island. Driving on the mainland is not fun cis there arẹ a lot of terrible roads. On Friday uber sent me to one street in abúlé Ẹ̀gbá, my car got stuck in mid, my bumper got scratches also. I think they should give incentives cos of the bad roads to this who got to certain locations.

I don't enter bad road with my car but if the rider insist I don't mind to forfiet the fare and turn back. I spent roughly 30k dis afternoon on my front wheels

Can any TAXIFY driver help with the request sound on the TAXIFY app.How you do this? Simple, if you have 2 phone one that record sound clearly and then other phone will be for TAXIFY app waiting for request ,You can quickly record it for 3sec make sure your other phone recording app is on so you just press the record button. A good reward awaits any driver that can do this.thank you

Today I did 11 trips on Uber. Finally did 40 trips so I should get 50k. Only managed to do so cos I left the mainland and went to sit at lekki smh. This mainland has only long and unfortunate trips. Not a bad first week on uber. Only problem is my ratings are low. Too low. Need to buy a new car.

I hope you understand their 40trips for 50k? If your earning is 49k they will only balance you 1k Uber is not dashing out 50k

I can relate to this, the app was giving me warning signal on 3mb and the rider was busy shouting "I must not miss my flight "

your speedometer is faulty you can run 180km on Ibadan exp, go and check your meter
