Who are the domestic refiners and other than Dangote, what is their contribution to product availability in Nigeria, How are they getting their crude ( Not from NNPC for sure)?

How come that since the coming of Dangote refinery there's this talk of quality of PMS, is it not the same substandard quality they've been importing and Nigerians have been using for several years now?

If importers feel they can get the fuel and make it cheaper and available to Nigerians more than what Dangote and NNPC are doing, then the question we should be asking is why NNPC is positioning itself as a sole buyer from Dangote? Why is a domestic refined product more expensive than imported one? Will NNPC come out to say they're still subsidizing the imports by IPMAN members?

Some things are still cheaper here in Ado-Ekiti but not always like that.
