Livelystone01: I know very well that Fury is exceptional. But how will you explain wilder landing only 3 jabs in a whole round of 3 minutes.. is it 1 jab per minute. Let's not forget. The sport is called boxing not punching. If you can't box den you aren't at the right sport. That u have a power punch doesn't make you a boxer. |

My brother I don't blame you. Some people are just plain stupid, inconsiderate or wicked. That's how I was doing good person where I was living before. I was paying the Nepa bill for the whole compound. We were just 2 in the compound and share 1 meter. I lived there for a year and six months and paid all through wen he calls to thank me and ask for my account number to reimburse me half I'll say don't worry. Pumping machine spoil I repair, any issues in the compound I'll take care of it... I don't even need his thank you. Last last e call efcc for me. I just laugh... left the compound for him and his wife... I don't like bad energy.... 2 Likes |

hammer3x: Supported. The guy just messed himself up. Couldn't evade or block any heavy punch. Fury landed over 50 heavy punches on him in the first six rounds of the fight... the guy collect better beating. At the Same time i no know wetin Fury dey find for wilder left ear. ![]() ![]() 1 Like |

SavageResponse: Didn't say so. Just that there were many flaws in wilder's defence and attacking technicalities. |

ThEGodFaThEr106: This is where u got it all wrong. Wilder advantage is his right hand. So shouldn't be throwing it every time because every opponent knows which means dey have been training to evade it. That's where u need to mix it up with combinations so ur opponent doesn't see it wen it's coming. Fury kept coming forward and closing the gap between them so dat wilder wouldn't be able to throw a right hand. Which means wilder was left with just his left. And Fury was expecting it. That why wen he throws a left hook Fury always evades it cos he's expecting it. As he misses Fury lands a right hand to his ear... it's simple boxing technique. But if wilder has replaced that left hook with a left jab... he would have used it to prevent Fury from closing up the gap and taking up points. And u hardly miss a jab. The best ur opponent can do is block but u are keeping him at arms length... then the big right can come in... 1 Like |

GrammarNazi1: Then he should go for at least 1 year training camp to work on his technicality and defence. How will u fight for 11 rounds without throwing a single combination. And also ur opponent landing over 80% of his punches.. both jabs and heavy punches. Having a single blow knock out is not enough. 1 Like |

paulolee: He wasn't even throwing a heavy jab. But a heavy whirlwind... wen u miss, u lose stamina and open up for a counter... that's what Fury used to knock him out. |

Wilder lost but he got my respect. He seriously needs a new trainer. You can’t keep throwing heavy punches every time and missing. He couldn't even block and defend simple jabs. Throwing left hook wen u are suppose to throw a jab is a big red flag. How will u fight for 11 rounds without throwing a single combination. And also ur opponent landing over 80% of his punches.. both jabs and heavy punches. Get a new trainer champ... den u good. 114 Likes 7 Shares |

David de Gea saved a penalty and secured Manchester United a win with injury time heroics against West Ham. A late penalty award for a Luke Shaw handball seemed to set West Ham up to score a late equaliser. West Ham boss David Moyes sent on preferred penalty taker Mark Noble just to take the spot-kick, and he missed. Noble’s penalty was saved by David de Gea, and what a moment it was. Saving penalties has been a weak point for De Gea in recent years. This was his first save since 2016 when he saved from Romelu Lukaku in the FA Cup. His penalty record came under the spotlight after the Europa League final in which United lost in a shootout. De Gea conceded all 11 penalties and then missed his own, a total nightmare. This was the first penalty De Gea had faced since the unhappy late May night in Gdansk. He dived to his left and got a strong hand on Noble’s penalty to keep it out. This save kept the score at 2-1, ensuring Jesse Lingard’s late goal was the winner. De Gea has had a fantastic start to the season and this save capped it off. He could be back to his best and it is great for his confidence that he is back to saving penalties, and a very important one. The United States Attorney’s Office at the Central District of California says that Ramon Abbas, aka, Hushpuppi, will be sentenced in October 2021. The court’s Director of Media Relations, Thom Mrozek, disclosed this to one of our correspondents in an emailed enquiry on Friday. Hushpuppi has recently pleaded guilty to various offences bordering on internet scam and money laundering, among others. The court also confirmed that it ordered the FBI to arrest Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari, for his alleged role in a $1m scam allegedly perpetrated by Hushpuppi and five others. “A U.S. Magistrate Judge has issued arrest warrants for the defendants in the case, including Mr Kyari. This is standard operating procedure in nearly all of the criminal cases filed by this office. “Hushpuppi is currently scheduled to be sentenced in late October,” Mrozek stated. The court official, however, did not disclose whether Kyari must be in court with Hushpuppi by late October. In a plea agreement document sighted by The PUNCH, Hushpuppi has since pleaded guilty to money laundering and internet fraud-related charges. The coalition, while claiming that Kyari is no longer fit to remain the head of the Police unit, faulted the decision by the NPF to investigative him, asking that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as well as the Police Service Commission, should take over the investigation. The Real Madrid defender is a priority target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as he looks to strengthen his back line ahead of the new campaign Manchester United are growing confident a deal can be agreed to sign Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane after positive talks over the weekend. The centre-back is a priority target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as he looks to strengthen his back line and Goal understands there were positive talks over personal terms and a transfer fee over the last few days. Should the France international sign he would become the second major signing of the summer for United after they landed Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund. What do we know? United have been working on a deal to land the 28-year-old since agreeing terms to sign Sancho at the start of the month. Solskjaer knows he needs to strengthen his back line if United are to get closer to winning the title and the Real Madrid man has been earmarked as the ideal candidate. While a deal is not yet agreed it is edging closer after positive discussions over terms and fee over the weekend. Goal reported work has been done to bridge the gap in valuation and a deal could be agreed between €45m (£39/$53m) and €55m (£47m/$65m) and it is understood United are pushing for the fee to be under €50m. (Reuters) - Mastercard Inc said on Wednesday it was planning to offer support for some cryptocurrencies on its network this year, joining a string of big-ticket firms that have pledged similar support. The credit-card giant’s announcement comes days after Elon Musk’s Tesla Inc revealed it had purchased $1.5 billion of bitcoin and would soon accept it as a form of payment. Asset manager BlackRock Inc and payments companies Square and PayPal have also recently backed cryptocurrencies. Mastercard already offers customers cards that allow people to transact using their cryptocurrencies, although without going through its network. "Doing this work will create a lot more possibilities for shoppers and merchants, allowing them to transact in an entirely new form of payment. This change may open merchants up to new customers who are already flocking to digital assets," Mastercard said. (mstr.cd/3tLaPZM) Mastercard specified that not all cryptocurrencies will be supported on its network, adding that many of the hundreds of digital assets in circulation still need to tighten their compliance measures. Many cryptocurrencies have struggled to win the trust of mainstream investors and the general public due to their speculative nature and potential for money laundering. Source: NBC NEWS. Jeff Bezos said Tuesday that he will step down as chief executive of Amazon, leaving the helm of the company he founded 27 years ago. Bezos will transition to the role of executive chair in the third quarter of this year, which starts July 1, the company said. Andy Jassy, the chief executive of Amazon Web Services, will take over as CEO of Amazon. In a memo to employees, Bezos said the transition will give him "the time and energy I need to focus on the Day 1 Fund, the Bezos Earth Fund, Blue Origin, The Washington Post, and my other passions." The announcement set off alarm bells on Wall Street and throughout the business community, though the transition does not necessarily portend any significant change to Amazon’s business. Amazon reported a year of record growth on Tuesday, including a 38 percent increase in net sales from 2019, netting the company $21 billion in income, nearly double from the year before. Investors didn’t seem fazed by the news, either. Amazon's share price was up about 1.5 percent following the announcement. Bezos steps away from Amazon at a time when its market value hovers around $1.7 trillion, making it one of the most valuable companies in the world. It remains to be seen how active Bezos will be in Amazon’s business in his new role. Several major tech executives have stepped down as CEO and remained intimately involved in their companies’ business, including Larry Ellison at Oracle and Bill Gates at Microsoft. Bezos remains one of Amazon's biggest shareholders. In Jassy, Bezos is tapping a longtime Amazon employee who joined in 1997 and built the company’s cloud services business, which started as a small addition to its e-commerce operations but has grown in recent years to account for roughly 60 percent of operating profit and has become one of the leaders of the cloud computing industry. The move is a major turning point in one of the most successful entrepreneurial runs in American history. Bezos founded Amazon in 1994 as an online bookstore, survived the dot-com bubble in the early 2000s, and built the company into one of the largest employers in the U.S. with a network of facilities touching almost every part of the country. Bezos is one of the world's richest people, having recently been edged out of the top spot by Tesla CEO Elon Musk. "The question I was asked most frequently at that time was, 'What’s the internet?,'" Bezos said in the employee memo about the early days of Amazon. "Blessedly, I haven’t had to explain that in a long while." Amazon's success moved it quickly from a quirky internet upstart into one of the most watched — and scrutinized — companies in the country. Amazon’s size and business practices have raised antitrust questions from both U.S. and European Union regulators about how it has used its dominance to edge out competitors. Bezos was called before the House Judiciary Committee last year where he faced questions about the company's competitive practices, including accusations of pricing out competitors on its platform and using third-party seller data to inform the sale of its own products. In addition to dedicating time to his space exploration company Blue Origin and The Washington Post, Bezos said he plans to focus on his philanthropic efforts including the Day 1 Fund and the Bezos Earth Fund, which are focused on helping homeless families and starting preschools in low-income communities and climate change, respectively. “I’m super passionate about the impact I think these organizations can have,” he wrote in his note to employees. In an interview with NBC News this week, outgoing Washington Post executive editor Marty Baron commended Bezos for his ownership of the paper. “It's not just money, it's not financial capital,” Baron said. "It's intellectual capital. He’s someone who understands consumer business and consumer behavior. That is really important to us." Bezos has faced some accusations that he has been slow to share his fortune. MacKenzie Scott, the philanthropist and author who divorced Bezos in 2019, has given away more than $6 billion in the past year. As part of the divorce, Scott received a 4 percent stake in Amazon. Bezos' move sparked reaction from many of his fellow tech chiefs, including Google CEO Sundar Pichai. "Congrats @JeffBezos, best wishes for Day 1 and Earth fund," https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/tech-news/jeff-bezos-steps-down-amazon-ceo-n1256540 |
