Lol...those writing saner climes are by far the dumbest peolle that have commented. At least theybrealised their mistakes, and open to correct. It is a sign of an open, honest, objective and forward looking society.

You want to compare that to your country where the so called qualified doctors perform surgical procedures using google or chatgpt or where people qualify to be doctors just by how well they can warm the bed of their Professors?

Go to any of the teaching hospitals in Nigeria ans see how the young doctors slaughter ans butcher human beings in the name of learning......

They are playing a game....only Atiku can win Northen votes more than Tinubu. He only needs two more things to send the clueless one packing from Aso rock come 2027.

1. Gain control of PDP
2. Align all other opposition and disgruntled APC members into one bloc.

So if you are, my apologies. Because only someone with severe dyslexia will forget so suddenly he mentioned Presidency in his chat juts a few posts below.

Sorry, bro....i dont mock mentally retarded peope. I now know your mental state....apologies once again.

I personally do not regard Obi or any Nigerian politician for that matter.....

I know he is playing to the gallery and trying to ride on the growing wave of disappointments in the country over the abysmal perfomance and cluelessness of the Tinubu's administration . Aside these, there is nothing that he has stated there that is not factually correct, politics aside.

Putindbutt:
So, you don't know you can use a joke to pass a message?. The CDS was hearing it for the first time at the event.
PoliticsRe: CDS was denied Canadian visa because he underrated me, jokes DSS DG by Blazetrailer:
lol... this was why I changed my initial assumption of you at the beginning from "semi-literate" to a "buffoon".

A semi literate believes anything he reads, without allowing his brain to do a validity and reasonability check. A buffoon just does not have capacity to think, naturally.

Your buffoonery assumed that the DSS is consulted by the embassies when they want to make a decision on who to let into their country or out of, right?

The daftness in your brain made you accept, hook, line and sinker, that the DSS can undermine the CDS by writing to the Canadian embassy not to grant him a visa because they wanted him to attend their function?? You are too simplistic to understand the implication of such on the security architecture of any country....you are just too dumb to connect that.

The disease in your brain did not allow you to think that if the President wanted to exercise his prerogative over one of his appointees, he could do that directly by telling the CDS to remain in the country commandingly, rather than use a con man means of going through the DSS to covertly connive with the Canadian government to do that??...and you think the Canadian government will waste their resources to engage in that stupidityhuh

your case is hopeless!!!

Putindbutt:
Stop talking like a retard, DSS can refused traveling. It's their prerogative.
clearance for a President.
PoliticsRe: CDS was denied Canadian visa because he underrated me, jokes DSS DG by Blazetrailer: 9:15pm On Feb 20, 2025
Lol.......I have now read enough to note that I was generous in my earlier assumption that you were just not knowledgeable enough about things hence i labelled you semi literate, but now I can see that you are even daft and imbecillic

If all of them were under the CDS, was he invited? It is as stupid as saying if they invited Nigerian Army nurses to a course in infectious treatment abroad but because they come under the chief of defence staff, he too can attend the course and the country inviting must grant him a visa.....you be mumu

So if he was invited, why ans how coukd they have denied him??.....hoping you are not buffoonic enough to think that the Canadian government has an agenda against Nigeria......hence he was denied.

.
Putindbutt:
I repeat, you're a dull boy. The participants are under the CDS, if he didn't approve, nothing anyone can do. The Invictus games has special invite for senior military officers, this was not the first Nigeria Army will participate with senior officers in attendance. Nigeria hosted the games last year and we saw senior military officers from other countries in attendance. It is not out of place for CDS to go. There's no better explanation than what the DSS Boss has given. Canada will never deny our CDS on any ground than at the request of the DSS.
PoliticsRe: CDS was denied Canadian visa because he underrated me, jokes DSS DG by Blazetrailer: 8:51pm On Feb 20, 2025
You are a semi literate. Let me help you.

1. The organisers of the Invictus games requested for Nigeria to send a contigent of 23 participants to ymthe events and specifically stated that they wanted the injured/handicapped veterans.

2. The request of course came via the MOD. The CDS and other senior officers saw this as an opportunity to junket around the world and to make money via estacodes. They smuggled their names into the list

3. Canadian embassy was strict and followed the invitation request

In bureacracy and establishments , the fact that you approve something does not automatically make you a beneficiary of such a thing. They often invite Nigerian NDA cadets to various military trainings in other academies abroad, it must pass through the Ministry of Defence and the Chief of Defence staff's tables. Does that make him qualify to go for all those junior officers training too? Abeg borrow yourself brain

..
Putindbutt:
See this dull boy, if he wasn't invited, then who was?. Was the invitation not to the military which is under him and he must have approved?.

grin grin...this man is regarded as Ghana's worst president ever.

There was so much jokes about him even when he was giving his farewell address to to the parliament ansld his own party members at the parliament openly prayed that Ghana should not have a president like him ever again.

That is the person that you are regarding his comments huh?. You need a psycho therapy

Most importantly, you would have felt ashamed of why and when you pushed that "post" button to gurgle out the gibberish you wrote on Bretton woods institutions and Afrucan countries when you were the ones that approached them for help.

You did not want to read what would place you in your appropriate and fitting low level of reasoning.....with your fellow imbeciles.

PoliticsRe: Why Bloomberg Is Talking Positive About Nigeria by Blazetrailer: 6:19pm On Feb 20, 2025
lol..... grin grin. I am not sure you know the meaning of those words you are using below. I am pretty sure you heard them from someone and made some dim-witted assumptions on what they mean. I will help you.

Now, picture this. You have two families with children, one family(Family A) had far more endowed with natural resources and near perfect weather while the other(Family B) had little resources, a terrible land that can barely support agriculture and weather only good enough for those destined for hell. With time, the head of the first family(Family A) became rudderless, tactless and foolish in spending its resources. He engaged in frivolous spending, sending all his children on pilgrimage with billions of resources, buying luxuries here while the Family B, with little resources/bad weather/inarable land continued to learn how to innovate to survive, became better at managing the land and little resources, spent frugally to preserve the future of his generation, focused on development and objective leadership and created a sane and great society to live in.

In no time, Family A, initially with so much natural resources, became broke and could not sustain the lifestyle of opulence and waste again, his children became hungry and desolate. He had no choice than to go and borrow money to maintain his lifestyle, so he turned to the other Family B (that had poor weather and little resources that have now become buoyant) to borrow him some money. Family B obliged but with the sense of a brutal forward looking entrepreneur who does not want his family to ever become poor again, put very debilitating conditions that would make family A a perpetual slave to his own family.

If the children of Family A, having seen the prohibitive conditions their father accepted to maintain and help keep their lifestyle are now complaining that those conditions are too harsh and unreasonable.

Of course, to any sane person whose gray matter is intact, the children of of Family A(now broke and grumbling) are simpletons, buffoons and dafts. They can also be regarded as vacant, vacous, stupid and empty.

The above define you....perfectly

DeepSightZ:
You are a simpleton and a buffoon if you don't know what the West has always been up to through these institutions.

And that in no way exculpates our leaders. If you assumed so, that only rebounds to your greater congenital idiocy.

You are vacant, vacuous, stupid and empty.

Vamoose.

Lol.....I dont give a hoot about your shit diplomacy policy....i dont even give such a glimpse, especially if I can give 10 times more than I can get...afterall, its a faceless public forum. So, hold your apologies.....you can bring it on....I am super ready .

...but what I give a care about is to have supposedly educated adults reason like buffoons/ imbeciles, just like you did in your earlier post. Well, good to note you came back to your senses a bit by realising your leaders are the sources of your problem....so why would you blame or even apportion any fault to those who saw your gullibility and exploited it?? Why did that thought ever escape your gray matter to the point of even stating it here? That made you a daft......and I say that without any apology, once again.

DeepSightZ:
1. You are the one who may be daft if you dare to exonerate the capricious and diabolical role those institutions have played in Africa.

2. I agree with the rest of what you say, namely that our leaders are the problem and those institutions can take advantage because of our own corruption.

PS: Sorry for (1) above. I see your point but I have a strict tit for tat diplomatic policy.
PoliticsRe: Why Bloomberg Is Talking Positive About Nigeria by Blazetrailer:
Lol....this is now becoming annoying!!! Are you guys daft or something?

Did they force anybody to go and take loans from any Bretton wood institution?

Maybe if your leaders were not so daft to waste billions on frivolous projects and sponsorship of religious pilgrimage, the Bretton wood institutions would either be broke now or liquidated.... because nobody will patronise them.

Why are you angry at people who saw the stupidity and the gullibility of your leaders and exploited it to the benefit of their people and coming generations while even some of the money the lend back to you were stolen or looted by your own leaders and taken abroad for safekeeping....?

Reason people....the Bretton wood institutions are not your enemies...your leaders are.....

DeepSightZ:
The Bretton Woods Instititions are quite dubious and manipulative I have to say - particularly towards developing countries.
PoliticsRe: Why Bloomberg Is Talking Positive About Nigeria by Blazetrailer: 3:26pm On Feb 20, 2025
Lol.....infantile reasoning....

maybe if African countries learnt to be less corrupt and more focused on development rather than spend billions on frivolous and stupid things like sponsorship of religious pilgrimage or public marriages for instance....maybe they wouldn't need to approach sherlock organisations like IMF....so in a way, it still rests on the stupidity of your leaders......they did not force you to come collect loans....so why are you angry that they are collecting interests? ..its business my friend...wake up!!!

isan:
Are the loans interest free? Do you know what it means for IMF if African countries can develop and be free of their loans ?
PoliticsRe: Why Bloomberg Is Talking Positive About Nigeria by Blazetrailer:
Lol....but they hve been bailing African countries out of their stupendous stupidity, including your dear country, with loans.... grin

isan:
So you think IMF meant well for any African country?

DeepSightZ:
Lol. Just as you know my tribe, my inclinations, you also know my situation, my bank balance, my job, my net worth, my accomplishments.
You people are just plain daft.

You assume everything. So one criticizes one's govt also means one is "not doing well."

Grow up. You are just infantile.
PoliticsRe: Why Bloomberg Is Talking Positive About Nigeria by Blazetrailer: 1:49pm On Feb 20, 2025
Lol.....check anything I have written on Nigeria's economy or Tinubu's wayo wayo gambling disguised as reforms for you people, it would always be Reuters, Economists, AP, IMF or Sachs. Only simpletons regard Bloomberg.

Reuters called the so called floating of Naira " systemic devaluation" IMF called the reforms half hearted and poorly implemented(they wrote in November 24 that it would not work and refused to give Nigeria loans for that reason), AP also criticised it as " clueless".

Lol....not sure you why you are posting this....how much are they paying you to make you look this daft and imbecillic?

USA is using 1982/84 baseline for inflation and UK is using 1987 baseline for its RPI.

Your logic using Ghana cedis is even warped. Ghana decimalised the cedis as a benchmark to the USD in 2007 to strive back inflation......it was worthless before then but even after that, the PPP gap still remained.
Not sure you finished primary school because a primary 6 pupil woukd not have even thought of that talkmore of bringing out in a public forum like this

So even if they paid you stipends to mumu yourself publicly like this by coming up with a moronic post devoid of any thought like this, the weightless gray matter in your thick skull should have advised you to consult google or AI first before coming here to disgrace your family.

Change your username to MumuAll

KnowAll:
In 2009 one dollar is equal to 1.4 Ghanian cedis today it is about 14 to one which means it has lost X 10 its value. Why do you expect Nigeria to be using 2009 as a base year even in the USA and UK you cannot use as a base year.

The rebasing was necessary and required at this moment to show the reality of the day.

This is at best, a push back on the Binance guy who has been spewing their secrets lately ti the point of embarrasment.

Let us see where they will file the case(Nigeria or US?), that's when you will know that all these na initial gragra. Anyone who is serious about filing such a case with an enormous figure would have gone ahead to do it now instead of coming to the press to forewarn your enemy.

There is a good reason no renowned economist quotes bloomberg as a source for their analysis.
