Good morning sir, please I want know if a US citizen come to nigeria, will he or she be able to go inside the us embassy lagos state to meet the consular without appointment booking.

I want find out this and pass the answer to my US citizen wife that is coming to nigeria soon.

Immigrant petitions are filed with USCIS - we don't see them at the embassy until that agency determines that it is complete and sends it to us. A lot of it depends on you, so I have no way of knowing how fast the process will move for you.

. Thank you sir. I really really appreciate sir, my fiance got a message from the uscis, she call them and make the complain about the embassy sending our file back and they reply her back by telling to wait for the file to be reafirm and return back to the consular.

She is happy about that any way but the uscis said it will take 180 days for the file to get back to them. Please tell me sir. Will it take upto that . Please advise.

I have sent this same question earliar but I don't know if the message delivered or not and that is why I am sending again sir.
Please I want to know if my fiance get to nigeria and we both get married here in nigeria, since the consular that interview me yesterday said me and her must met before she file the petition. But in this case we have being planing to get married in the usa but my visa was not issue and since she have decided to come to nigeria, we will get married in nigeria.

My question is, if me and my american citizen fiance get married in nigeria and go back to the embassy. Will it be posible for me to have the visa and go back to the usa with my fiance. Please tell me. My fiance will arrive next week and all the marriage plan have being arranged. We don't feel like filing another petition due to the duration.

MY CASE FILE IS APPROVED WITH OUT ME AND MY FIANCE NEVER MET DUE TO HER HEALTH CONDITION, BUT THE CONSULAR INSIST THAT WE MUST MEET, BUT HOW, IF I MAY ASK, IF VISA DID NOT ISSUE TO ME SIR, HOW ARE WE GOING TO MEET.

I AM BACK HOME AND I CALLED MY FIANCE TO INFORM HER, SHE HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT OF COMING VERY SOON, MAYBE NEXT MONTH.

i have applied for non immigrant visa 3 years ago and i applied as married by then but me and my girl friend is not legally married before she died in a car crash when my child is 2 years old and my spouse that petition for me to come to her now is the person that sent me a business invitation letter but by then me and her were just friends when she send the iv and she knows i have a child and a girl friend , but as soon as the mother of my daughter died. she was there for me and take good care of me by calling me all the time with different Godly and encouraging words. we both now start to love each other till date.

actually we have loved and know each other for 5 years now but we started dating each other 3 years ago and she have to petition for me because we truly love each other and the petition as being approved and i have gone through my medical and book my appointment and to be interview very soon.

sir, my question is, do i have to get a death certificate for the late mother of my daughter or not, due to i have not legally married to her before she died. and why i have not legally married to her is because of her parent did not want her to get married to another tribe except the same tribe with her.

this is the cause, and my fiance know every thing about this, and that is why she took my daughter as her own daughter till date.

please i need advise very urgent sir, should i get a death certificate or not.

My pettion as being approved and the visa centre has sent my case file to the america embassy lagos.
Today makes 4days since I was told my file as being sent to the embassy. Please how soon will ithey call me and what email address or phone number can I contact with my. number just for them to check if my file is in there embassy.
