There is nothing unusual with first class not having a good job, in same cases no job at all like in this case. Some graduates with good grades are not just employable in real life scenario. I met a first class mech engr from FUTO 3 months back and the chap couldn't even make one correct statement without grammatical blunders like 'I knows it, I shall prayed about it etc and these were consistent even from our chats. Even if I planned giving him a job as am employer, I was completely put off. Besides, the kind of course one reads too matters; for Gods sake how employable is mathematics as a course in Nigeria? Make we hear word jare. Na today!!

This particular guy in question thinks he is smart not knowing that he is sort of making a fool of himself.
The timeframe between job advertisement and resuming on the job in most companies is at least 2-3 months. How can he just be finishing by May 2016 and be wailing already.
Help may locate him. But I find this his approach silly.

Good afternoon good People. Please I have a quick question.

I have booked my appointment for Wednesday 3rd(Tier 4 appointment type). This is the earliest date for this type.
However, for the standard appointment type the earliest date is Monday 1st.

Will I be penalized in anyway for changing to the standard appointment type as I have barely 2.5 weeks to resumption.

Pls, what should I be expecting for the final interview.

elbow: the key at panel interview is to be yourself.

1. Can we meet you.:with this que, they want to know who you are, your personality, and some few things that are not on your CV.

2. What are your core values: this refers to things like integrity, trustworthiness, diligence, caring ........

3. Have you ever been into any tough situation, maybe at previous place of work, and how did you manage it. ( they really want to know if you are a team player )

4. How is your course related to banking? And what section of the bank do you think you can fit into with your kind of course?

5.you might want to know some info about the bank too. I wasn't asked anything pertaining to the bank, but you might want to brush up the orange rules, and history of the bank.

6. Above all, relax your bones. Smile. Talk. And be bold.

7. Finally, you might want to prepare a reasonable question that you want to ask after the interview, 'cos they are goinna ask you.

We are one family, we will like to keep it that way.
