Happy new year
How can I assist my LO to get rid of catarrh? She's been experiencing this for a month now and almost everyone around her seems to have cold. Her breathing has been noisy due to Nasal Congestion. The weather is also not helping though I have been keeping her warm.

My period is late with today making it 4th day late.. But on 30th which I supposed to see my period I noticed a whitish creamy like egg white that I do see during my ovulation period.. I also saw it on the 31st of Dec but not anymore and I'm having nausea, backache and cramps too, and as if I want to vomit with spitting.. I'm yet to conduct PT cos I want to wait til Monday. I'm TTC

Still on this weaning matter biko, I weaned my 15 months old son last week (today makes it exactly a week). One of my breasts was engorged and I had serious pains for like 2 days. The pain has reduced now though but breast is still hard...

I am worried because I didn't expect it to take this long before my breasts come back to normal. Is this normal please, or is there anything I need to do that I am not doing? Make the Sabi mamas biko put mouth for the matter

I have a question pls, my name is David James Damilola, (surname, first name and middle name) but on my birth and SOG certificates, it was written as David Damilola James, I've read how important it is that ur details are arranged and filled correctly when applying online, is this going to pose a problem at all? And if it will, is it during the online application or the interview/capturing?

Hello mums. Pls must I cut my baby's first hair to scodo? Like every damn thing? I fear the clipper might injure her, cuz I know she won't stay at a place.. Pls help, how did you cut your LO hair.. I just used scissors to level it now..

Also if I flush the hair will it block the toilet? Cuz I don't want to trash her hair.... Or should I burn it?.... Biko these days one has to b careful. Thnks

I guess that should be teething. Two tiny little teeth are coming out.. at 3-4mnth d sign came but we used piccan which ease the pain. He is now 8 months. 5days ago he vomited and poop (very smelling). I gave him baby zinc and the ORS as prescribed and the vomiting stopped. It's only the watery poop that refuse to stop. And he doesn't eat much.

Well done mama. Please why do you think a child will prefer to sleep on a bare floor than on a bed? And she will always want to sleep with her tummy something like trying to feel the coldness of the tiled floor. Is it okay to let her or I should continue to carry to bed coz I feel the floor coldness is too much to enter her body. But she always wake up after sometime and go back to the floor to sleep again after I put her on bed barely 10mins later. She is exactly 18 months old. Forgive my epistles please what do you advice? Thank you

Hello mummies, my 3 months plus DD has been having this rashes on her chest and upper left arm few weeks after birth. It will clear off at some point and return on that exact spots few days after. At this moment we are on it again and her face has joined this time around.
Apart from these areas, her skin is very smooth and shiny and she’s never had diaper rash even though we change brands every now and then. Please, help me out. I need permanent solution. She uses Sebamed baby body wash and body milk
