Dear sister,I don't really trust all this traditional ways of shrinking fibroid,why not go back to your gynae and allow the fibroid be taken care of medically if need be.

Team July,how pushing?...I've been down with cough and catarrh coupled with weakness and headache...I haven't registered for antenatal yet.i'll b fine this minute and d next minute I don't even want to get up from the bed...I honestly don't get it.

I woke up to some mild but constant contractions on Thursday, the more I tried to ignore the pain the more constant it becomes,at about 8am I took my bag and headed to the hospital.I was checked and already 6cm dilated, I started strolling about in the Labor room@ about 9am I was already 8cm, the nurse was about fixing a catheter by 10 when my water broke, and this herald the coming out of my Angel.Cappo @ joyfulmama BS Submitted.

What a short and sweet birth story! I want to be like you some day mama

I think d baby shld be given water after each feed since she's not on EBF,also tell madam to eat plenty fruits

But if there's still no changes there's no cause for alarm leave her she'll eventually poop. Newborn can stay witout pooping for days

Lost my DS this morning, 16weeks and 4 days. Been admitted in the hospital since Saturday after continuous pain all through the night. Doc suspecting fibroid degeneration as that was what they were treating for. Looking back now, I guess all the constant pains were red flags . Signing out, team July

Modified: as a first timer, what do I need to do to heal faster, the fibroid pain is still there,..

On Wednesday night I went to the toilet to poo and I sat a while on the seat waiting for residue to go out.it did but I strained a little and afterwards I started having pains in my anus.By Thursday morning,the pain was worse and I had to probe the area and felt soft flesh about
How embarrassing it will be to tell my gynecologist I have haemorrhoid
Please I need help on what to do to ease the pain.

Do sitz bath twice or thrice daily add antiseptic like dettol to warm water let the vapour hit your anus. Eat fruits and stay hydrated.pls see your doc asap if symptoms persist,there's nothing to be ashame of

Is not even Ms. I'm easily tired, is like someone broke all the bones in my body. Metallic taste, my teeth aches, I'm hungry but the smell of food annoys me. I eat only dry food with red oil and pepper eg abacha, yam and oil, native rice, garri and milk, pap with only sugar, cold water
I cry easily, snap easily so I've turned to someone I don't know
