6 days after my medicals .And I was told at VFS to come back 5days after my passport submission .i just went there today without receiving a mail .

I knew I shouldn't have had a talk with that fair woman... had I gone inside, I would have gotten a cool reply from those guys in charge of submission and collection. That woman just dey talk too...

Have it in mind that I'm still expecting my med call, I went through paper route. The VO will close for the year I think. And I'm expected to resume Jan 02 2015

The fair woman from vfs said they'll be off on 25th and
26th. There's hope.

That fair woman there (Canada visa application building, vfs), dont know what she's saying o! I felt like I should fire her when she said it will take like "2-3weeks".

Y'hello house, please have been trying to sign this forms i donload from CIC and proofs abortive. The signature path from my adobe reader is degraded but any other documents i can sign my signature but on the forms this: IMM1294E, IMM5483E and IMM5645E... how do i go about this please?

it doesnt guarantee one the visa... prayer does.

@blink6 I think it might be a little too early to start bombarding them with emails. We only just did medicals last week and got responses faster than usual. Also, they probably have a timeline for these things so I think waiting for a few days more might be the best bet.

(Let someone not look too eager. I mean we are but let's hide it small)

I think it's too early mailing them,we just did the medical test last week Thur & Fri,i believe we should give them a little space...

I actually did send them a mail and got passport request alongside the mail they replied with.. They didnt even wait to upload on my cic account but instead they attached it with the reply to my mail. So i think it is best to send them a mail ASAP cos your visa is ready and its probably cos theyre busy they forget to send you such notification.

For all Medical passed Applicant, I think you all can send them an email, Ogos2k did that and got his passport request.

oga, I will advice you goto www.aucc.ca

it is a directory that has all CA skools. Go through the schools there and see which offer the course and the terms they got. Visit the skool website and get their contact details or read about their admission procedure on the skool's website.

@blink6 we are in d same boat. My medical was updated on sunday too but i dint evn get an email yest like u guys. I was also hoping i wud sort evryth out dis week so i cud leave lagos for good but i guess im on my own.

omoh, lagos don tire me. And when I remember that am to resume on 5th of January, that I have not packed, and that I want to leave by month end, I become worried.

Well, theres nothing we can do, but let Jesus take the wheel...

@opsynusy, with the little I know, I dont think purpose and length are same.

purpose of visit can be tackled by explaining in ur sop why u chose canada, the course and the school...

length of stay, is normally stated on the acceptance letter from d school. If not stated, write it in your sop... like; I have been accepted into .... for a 2years pgd....

When refiring, add land docs to ur documents.

my account was updated to medical passed on Sunday, and I got the update email on Monday afternoon...

I got the invite last Fri. The funny thing is that am in Accra now on official business so I went to the VFS office in Accra to submit my passport today. Am expecting it back b4 the week runs out.
