I dont know where this dude got his facts from but they are completely out of context. All operators were given deadline and MTN decided to ignore them because they are used to old system that allowed them to get away. NCC spelt out the fine and reminder messages were sent to all operators. Any where in the world there are rules and if you ignore the rule then you must be ready to dance the music.

It is amazing how people comment on issues. We've got a president that is not shying away from taking decision on the basis of facts available and if need be adjust his position when more details are made available later and yet people are criticizing him for it. Buhari thanks for being a leader that is not afraid to reverse decision on the basis of facts, that is heroic, not many of you are left again in Nigeria. Thanks Mr President
