SimplYeahmee: To the issue at hand. It's gud that you've realised you have a problem. That's a first step to overcoming it. ℓ̊'ll suggest two things:

1. If you still have a prayer altar, ℓ̊ suggest you become more fervent on it about this issue. If it's not standing ℓ̊ ask that you repair it and burn the midnight oil right there on it.
When ℓ̊ talk of prayer altar, ℓ̊'m not saying a physical stand or place, your prayer altar in this case is how often you commune with God in prayer.

2.Now this may be a bit difficult. You need to conciously imbibe and create an effort to prevent yourself from looking at pictures or videos of your fellow naked ladies. It will be hard, cos the devil won't let go easily, especially now that he's about to lose another victim of his. He will step up in his tactics to ensure you remain addicted to it.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and power and spiritual wickedness in high places.

One more thing, find a real man(woman) of God and confess to him(her) so that he(she) cud help you fight this battle.
