Closing it is not right as that is the primary documentation of their existence except they had a personal biographer. Facebook offers the option of having a close relative take over the account of the deceased so its not locked out forever. You only need to upload a death certificate and proof of your relation to the said person. You can announce that the person has passed, leave a farewell message and select thepictyures you want to remain public on the profile.

I still have people reaching out to me 1 year later that they have been trying to reach my sibling that passed.

The accounts shouldn't be deactivated, their loved ones might want to catch glimpses of their memories while still alive. What Facebook should do is adopt Wikipedia style and put a cross✝️ sign next to the person's profile once their algorithm detects that he or she is deceased

For a family of 4 I spend close to 200k monthly on just feeding, we can no longer buy food stuffs the house because even if u take like 150k to buy food stuffs, u won't see anything.

I want to know if others are spending more or less and if there's a way around it.

In Nigeria, positive effects are not automatic, it could take years with very little or no positive effects. But if the government was to add to the hardship in the land, it's always automatic.

You can't put a price on something that is infinite like the air you breath so that's why they went with the fossil theory. The world was supposed to have reached peak oil by the year 2,000 but that didn't happen .

The USD is tied to oil and the infinite theory will collapse the petrodollar and that's why the west is searching for an alternate to the petrodollar in the form of rare earth metals. To achieve this transition they must phase out crude and demonise it as dangerous to the earth's climate. They are also not investing in expanding existing production or exploring for new oil wells to ensure that crude is phased out .

Most of you don't think and reason beyond your noses. You only realise how stupid and ingrate you are to your father when you lose him and becomes a father too.
In many situations, even when you know your mother is not respecting and treating your father well in the first place, he becomes your enemy the moment he takes a second wife.
How dare you say someone who feeds you, clothes you, pays rents and bills because of you, pays your fees to university level, AND EVEN GAVE YOU A WHOLE ₦400K FAR BACK LIKE 10 YEARS AGO, did not do much or go beyond or high for you?
It's even possible that the piece of land and the jewelries your mother sold to support you were given to him directly or indirectly by your father.
