Greetings to everyone here. I appreciate the information shared here. Please I have some specific questions to ask. My wife is the PA. Am a mechanical engineer with 8+ years experience and an MSc degree from UK, my B.Engr is from Nigeria. What documents do I need to send for verification to support our applications (to increase our CSR) pls? we will be writing IELTS soonest (though I have written before and had "guy-man" scores lol).
1. MSc ? which of the verifying bodies is best? 2. Do I need to go through the WAEC stuff (I dread it)?
Thanks |

EMMAACHILE: For example, companies in Switzerland as strict as it is employ foreigners (non-eu citizens) with background in data analysis or it skills generally. Data analyst have starting salaries of about $70k per annum there and edx courses are accepted.
Everywhere have skills in demand and is left for you to know these skills and work towards it. thanks alot for this insight |

Good day all, pls assist me with these information. I want to apply to Engineers Australia for assessment.
1. I have first degree Agric Engineer but can I submit work experience as a mechanical engineer? Because I have worked as a mechanical engineer in the past 9-10 years.
2. How many months bank statement will they need and how many payslips will be needed?
3. Do I send my transcript to them directly or upload it online? |

steakchips: It's good to have options lol, You can go to EA or to VETASSESS 234112 Agricultural Scientist Competent Plus English (or Proficient overall); Offshore applicants Provisional 489 visa only VETASSESS 311111 Agricultural Technician Competent Plus English (or Proficient overall); Provisional 489 visa only VETASSESS Agricultural Scientist 234112(some NSW regions)
Or You go to EA. A couple of states want Engineers as well as Agric.. professionals. Depending on how quick you can get your Nig. Transcript to Vetassess you can apply for their priority processing($1600 10 days assessment is finalised) same with almost what you will spend for EA which can take time. When the assessment is out depending on you and other factors such as English.. For 489 you get 10 more points so all you are looking for is to land yourself on 65 points inclusive of the 10. For EA you will be hoping to get nominated by a state 190 which is really competitive now or 189 If you can bag 8,8,8,8 then you are safe. In conclusion, if you get get a superior then follow EA, if not maybe try other options which are easier and quicker. Ok. thanks alot for this insight. I appreciate. So My first degree (Agric Engineer) can fly as Agric scientist and agric technician? |

jayooh: Funny thing is majority will come back in 4months if there is no need for CO contact.
Now I must say, you do have a good shot at the process with your experience in employment. While the only issue will be that if you assess as Agricultural Engineer, you will have to hustle ITA with "Other Engineering professional" on 189 and it's pro rata with limited states sponsoring the occupation on 190/489. If you can meet up 80 points for 189, then by all means go forrit.
Secondly, the MSc you did in UK, was there any particular specialisations? Your experience as project/site safety engineer, what kind of projects were they? CIVIL or MECH inclined or which other? Thanks alot for the contribution/advice. I appreciate. My MSc was in Safety and reliability engineering....and my 6years work experience in Nigeria has been mainly mechanical engineering. Can I put Agric Engineering and use mechanical engineering as my work experience?? |
