Okay...I suffered this for over 3 weeks. Kept on asking here, buh no direct response, till I added one or two together to solve my problem. Some persons(like me) go to their banks to change the date of birth on their bvn to match the one on their npower portal. This does not work. Edit what you have on your Npower portal to match what you have on your bvn. I went to bank and changed it and they gave me a printout reflecting my correct date of birth, buh seemed Npower already registered the first one and that doesn't change for them. I had to edit to the one I had on my bvn as at when I registered for Npower. Your clients can go to their banks and verify the exact date they have on their bvn and see if it's same as the one they filled as their date of birth.

Somebody should kindly answer me please. I've been on this for weeks now. It's really becoming worrisome to me.

Cos I have same issue. I had to go to bank to change it(with affidavit and all that). It's still not working. So I was thinking of editing my portal to correspond with the former one in the bvn. But my fear now is, if it still refuses to work, can I change it back to what I have now? And let Npower probably solve the issue if they can/will.

I doubt if they allow changing of birth date again. Someone here once said he changed it but he couldn't download his Ppa letter until he changed back to former one. You can try it again at midnight.

I've done physical verification. It's showing pass. Buh I still can't download mine. How do I update my profile pls? Cos my account details are actually not showing yet. Thank you

Can this change of birth prevent someone from printing ppa letter? Cos mine says my date of birth doesn't tally with my bvn. I corrected it with my bank tho, buh still haven't been able to download nor print my letter.

My portal still shows "no bank details" and "invalid bvn" even after verification. I thought it was a general issue initially, buh a lot of persons already have their bank details appearing. Any help please ooo....or anyone with same case?

Will it be possible for someone to help us with the physical verification please? I'm currently very far from home and my current boss will not let me go and secure another "job". It's a private organisation,
and I don't want to lose either of them. Cooking up anything to go back home for just 10th may even end up being a waste of time and transportation fare as this whole thing may not be rounded up that 10th. I'm so confused! Somebody should suggest something please. Thanks...

According to N-Power NASIMS the N-Power physical verification will commence on the 10th of September, (see attached screenshot) in some states it might commence earlier than that date, all Npower Batch C applicants have been advised to wait for the N-Power physical verification before reporting to their PPA.

NASIMS further said that all N-Power Batch C applicants will be notified on the next course of action with respect to the N-Power physical verification.

All N-Power Batch C applicants are advised to keep checking their email and NASIMS portal for Npower updates.

I was deployed and saw it on my dashboard, I even received a mail from NASIMS about my deployment only for me to login to my dashboard again on Tuesday afternoon to see that my deployment status was changed to "you have not been deploy yet" please anyone with same issue and what can I do to resolve it?

I've not even been able to access my dashboard for about 3 days now. I was deployed though. I've been trying to open, so I can at least print out the posting letter, buh to no avail. I don't even know if anything has changed there now. This whole process is really annoying. Is anyone experiencing same issue please?

It took time before I could get through to one of the numbers tho. Just keep trying. One of them may pick up soon

Called mine today but didn't pick up and yet to even resume there.

He asked me to send certain details to that number, including my complaint. I'm yet to get any other update tho

Oh yeah...that's true, thank you. But today is 12th already. They should have started something at least. My own venue had grasses all around the compound and the gate was even locked from outside

I got the mail yesterday, buh it was dated 4th. And was expected to be at place of intern within 4th to 13th. And today is already 12th!�‍♀️
