I think Chicagoans are rising up because of the the violence, high crime and murder rate in Chicago, which is as a result of the inequality in Chicago. If Chicagoans were satisfied with their state and condition I doubt they would have anything to rise up against because contented peiple generally tend to have no reason to rise up.

An example of what I mean is the uprising in Lebanon. If they were content and happy with their government they too would not rise up.

I don't see anyone rising up in Chicago, all we see is crime and murder rates skyrocketing and a clueless mayor that doesn't know what to do about it.
