Interesting how a cop in Minneapolis murders George Floyd. The police Chief , the Mayor, the Governor, 2 US Senators, 5 out of 8 congressmen in Minnesota are Democrats and yet it’s the Republicans fault? People are really foolish. The cop who did the killing had been cited previously for a crime, guess who let him off the hook? Amy Klobuchar who was the AG in Minnesota, she is being considered as a VP candidate by the Democratic party. The Democrats have been running the city of Minneapolis for ages, they recruited all those murderous cops so why is the BLM not calling for accountability from the people who are directly in charge of Minneapolis police?

That's the point, all those cities you just listed are democrat cities, run by Democrats, voted democrat for decades and all had massive George Floyd protests in the past four weeks. Now go and check out the age group that is seeing this spike in coronavirus cases and you'll see it's the very same age group that has been rioting for the past four weeks.

She is right, most of the rise in covid cases is happening in democrat cities that just saw massive protests. Austin in Texas, Atlanta in Georgia, pheonix Arizona, Jacksonville and Miami in Florida e.t.c all these places where they rioted over the last four weeks. And look at the age group that is experiencing the rise in infections, the 20 to 35 age group. The exact age group of the people that have been rioting all month long.

Are you a Justice of the Supreme court? The justices have ruled and they said the DHS has the power to end the program but they will have to look at the DACA problem anew. Shouting period on nairaland won't change their judgement

I think bluebyrd is right, where you are missing it is what verdict did SCOTUS pass? Their verdict was that the DHS didn't do things in the right way, the judgement didn't say they can't end DACA, it says they didn't go about it the right way. Chief Justice Roberts said the DHS can end DACA but they have to go back and do it again the right way.

"The dispute before the court is not whether DHS may rescind DACA, All parties agree that it may. The dispute is instead primarily about the procedure the agency followed in doing so.”

The DHS failed to “provide a reasoned explanation” for its decision, a violation of the Administrative Procedure Act, Roberts said. The DHS will now have to “consider the problem anew.”

The ruling did not say that Trump DHS can't end DACA, the ruling said they did it in a wrong way that didn't meet the requirements of the law. The Justice Roberts who read the majority opinion said the DHS can go back and do it the right way.
