The Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Management Trainee Program is
designed to intake fresh graduates and develop them as leaders for the future in the Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain functions.
The program stretches over a period of one year in which selected
graduates will be rotated in various technical job functions. The
assignments are about real responsibility and real results, while
creating an environment where Graduates develop through practical
learning and coaching from senior managers. Selected graduates will
initially be based at our office / factory site in Lagos & Agbara.

The Program is designed to develop future leaders from entry level
positions and moving them to senior leadership in a period of 10 - 12
years. It supports our aim to grow a large percentage of tomorrow's top management from within the company. It also provides a continuous stream of talent, able to make an impact at all levels of the organisation as the careers of the individual's develop.
It is a structured program that puts graduates in the spotlight from Day 1.
We offer distinctive development assignments each of which has
specific on-the-job "learnings", which are combined with formal
training courses. Each graduate will have exposure of working in Sales, Marketing, the factory site, finance & and with the regulatory affairs Team.
Withn-going evaluation of progress at various intervals, the graduate
completes a standard assessment process with their line manager
and is put on a mentoring program..
After a successful year of traineeship, Graduates would take on roles at RB Nigeria.

Qualifications :
· A minimum of B.Sc. degree (minimum of second class Upper) in
one of the following fields:
Business & Social Sciences, Pharmacy, Biological sciences or
Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, and Production)
· Fresh graduate with <2years experience
· Possess a creative and analytical mind

who has successfully passed through stage 5, how did u fill the field 'sources'

Anybody with any idea what the next stage would be? Their process is quite lenghty oo. It will be painfull to drop at this stage oo, after abt 3 trips to VI. To me I belive we've done it all jare. Let them just give the job out to those that were successful. We will all make it by God's grace

Suffy: I doubt if you can make it. ur exam for 8am might finish by 10 or 11am. from ikeja to ojuelegba, ojuelegba to cms, cms to Vi will take u more than an hour or two + lagos hold up. If d interview is more important, go for it or u ask them to shift it.

oga, u can very well make it, the exam will last for just one hour because some pple are scheduled to write by 9 so 3 hours is more than enough time to make it to VI from ikeja.

Is there anyone dat wrote one test and made it through?

I just got a success message from them oo, and I gatecrashed anyone with usefull info on how the next stage will be? They said the date will be communicated later.

Personally I don't think the numerical and logical test tin has to do with performance,maybe probably department, a friend of mine who wrote the test and said he was only able to attempt 5 and guess the rest due to cafe issues, also did the logical reasoning and anoda said he was sure of getting above 10, was only able to attempt numerical reasoning. For example is there anyone dat applied for finace and was able to do the logical reasoning?

Obviously a scam. 1. They are stating job descriptions without even stating the title of the job itself 2. Poor construction of grammar 3. No organisation uses gmail. This is far frm genuine,this guys are so daft
