Please you are better off with our local dishes, l don't think you can deal with Kenyan meals o Can you take murenda (ewedu) prepared with fresh milk or ugali (corn meal which is like their swallow) with scrambled eggs! l have gotten used to their meals but always modify to suit my Nigerian taste and the East African Sisters always say it is too spicy but Sisters from Ghana and India always do love it.

Remember my Novitiate days, when we used to kill goats for our use. people were often shocked that we do the killing, roasting, cleaning and cutting all by ourselves but when l visit home l behave as if l can not kill and dress a chicken!
